The food was great! Those ribs had serious flavor and were cooked just right. The potato was a little greasy, but ayeeee… I still ate it, no regrets . It’s a solid food truck, though I will say if you’re not actively looking for it, it’s easy to miss. That said, it’s definitely worth finding. Would absolutely recommend and would eat here again.

So moist, ☝️the make and break for me. And the flavor and smoke were perfectly balanced that few ever achieve well. Place was packed ( sign of good place) but service was quick. Everyone in line was repeat customers who were more than willing to wait if need be.

First time there, and it definitely won’t be my last. I got the rib plate and they were fantastic. Juicy, tender, flavorful, and falling off the bone. The gentleman that took my order was very kind; he gave me a free slice of their homemade buttermilk pie and it was almost better than the ribs. I was a little sad they were out of brisket at the time but I’ll be back to try it out. I was also told they have the biggest baked potato. Many reasons to keep going back. It’s definitely my new favorite place for ribs.

Got the brisket sandwich with tater salad and we amazing wife got pulled pork loaded tater and let me tell you to find a person that can cook pulled port and meat be juicy and tender either just right amount of flavor omg I absolutely love this bbq joint if u have not tried it go and try it asap

Hands down the best brisket around. I will drive the 20 miles and past several BBQ joints to get the brisket at Boots. The sauce is top notch, and no complaints about the sausage, or the sides I’ve had. The sandwiches come with a nice about of meat, served with onions, pickles and the right amount of sauce. I have not had a chance to try the ribs but will on a near future trip over to AP. Boots is on Wheeler (Bus 35) 1/2 block and across the street from Chris’ Marine.

I got the pulled pork baked potato. WOW!!! never had pulled pork you didnt need bbq sauce to eat. The meat was juicy and soft the sauce was just extra flavor for the meat. Definitely going back.

Stopped by this little trailer for lunch on Saturday – WOW!!!! The brisket is some of the best I have ever had. Moist and delicious, the sandwiches were served with a generous amount of succulent meat and flavored perfectly. I WILL RETURN!

This a food truck/trailer and I’m just going to say that I’m very very picky about brisket and this was VERY VERY GOOD!! I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!! The meat was tender and the BBQ sauce was tasty and just the right amount and the bun was soft and fresh!! The Cole slaw was good too!! I think Boot’s BBQ needs his own restaurant
