Great assortment of product however such weird vibes in here. The old men that “work” here are constantly leaning around or flirting with the young women cashiers. Every time I come here, the very young women employees are working while the old men watch them…. Really so strange… anyone who comes here regularly must feel this.

Terrible experience. Rude associates. Gross smell inside. I asked a cashier for help finding a bottle of Tito’s. She told me she didn’t think they sold that brand. SERIOUSLY? Now wait!, it gets worse. Before checkout, got cornerd by an old white guy with glasses and bad teeth. He asked for my number. After leaving I witnessed a customer throwing up beside the store. Very bad experience. I will never return.

I have been a loyal customer to bootleggers since they opened, but recently I came in to get some cheers for the new year and on the way out I put 5$ into the lottery machine little did I know they didn’t have any five$ tix,so I asked the supervisor for a refund and he told me sorry he couldn’t help me. Not good customer service in the mean time someone else is hollering to me about being able to read. This was Petey the warehouse manager. I don’t know who manages this place but they need to retrain some of their workers on being respectful to their customers. I will not be patronizing Bootleggers anymore. Gave them the !!

I was shocked when I was told by the sales associate “come over to his register , she (the lottery register) is going to take a dump”! Then he didn’t bag my items and when I asked if I had to bag my own items , he asked if it was my bag (Bootleggers bag) to which I replied, “yes”. “I’m not touching anybody else’s stuff”, was his reply! As I bagged my own purchase I said, “I thought that stuff was all behind us and the other cashiers always bag my purchases”, his sarcastic replies continued with, “well I was hired before that”. I left very disappointed with the terrible choice of words and attitude of the cashier. I’ve shopped here since they opened and will likely not return.

I found a nice bottle of Italian wine and I thought it would be perfect with dinner. I was amazed that the price was very reasonable. I double checked just to make sure… when I got to the register…it was four dollars more than the tag price! I was informed it was an old tag and just not changed yet. I said the that is false advertising. I was told that if they sold it at that price it was less than what they paid Yeh right. Keep your wine and your price tags

Amazing selection, fair prices, friendly employees, and the store is always clean and organized! I cannot rave about Lincoln enough! About a month ago I stopped in and he saw I was looking at wine; he came over and offered some no pressure guidance. Everything he recommended was spot on! I’ve stopped back almost weekly since and asked for his help each time. For anyone reading this that enjoys wine, I highly recommend both the store and speaking with Lincoln!

Great selection and usually helpful and pleasant staff. Only one bad experience where the staff member was a bit unpleasant when I was searching for a wine that is hard to find and they did not carry. She clearly didn’t want to help me. Every other time I have been there was great! Their gift baskets are a good present for the wine drinkers too.
