So far I’ve had a refresher, protein shake and smoothie. Everything was delicious!! The cafe is clean. There is plenty of seating inside to hang out. Great little cafe and the service is wonderful! You can hear the music from inside the gym area but it’s not loud that you can’t talk.

The menu is amazing and the quality of the items at the cafe are even more amazing. My current go-to is the mint chocolate chip protein shake (seasonal). I love that I can fuel or refuel before or after a workout.
