Just 2 minutes off I-10 on Hwy 603 toward the beaches. Plenty of parking with stairs up to the restaurant or a long ramp for wheelchairs. Plenty of space inside and a nice bare area too.
Staff was prompt and courteous. Our drinks and appetizer were served quickly and the rest of our order came out on a nice pace. Drink regular we’re done almost before we knew it.
Their BBQ was tender and flavorful and their seafood was lightly breaded and fried to a perfect medium so the shrimp and fish were hot and very flavor.
We were too full for dessert so we’ll have to go back one afternoon to give it a try – it looked delicious.

Happened to be working nearby and this place has decent reviews so I checked it out.
Got the pulled pork plate that came with two sides and added a bun to the order. Buddy got a smokehouse burger. We were both very happy with our choices. Very good portions for the price. Will definitely come back the next time I’m over that way

Another Sunday afternoon spent at Boonies! Yet again, did not disappoint! The burnt ends are just simply a meaty piece of heaven! Some of the best okra anyone could ask for. The biloxi bacon dip is phenomenal! The seafood dirty rice…wow!! Great job Boonies team! Looking forward to many more!

We’ve been dying to go see them at the new location since they left Pearl River. We had the Turkey Melt and Da Boonie Boy BBQ sandwich finishing it off with the homemade banana pudding. Y’all, it was all so freaking good. Thank you Boonies for being open on New Years Day and having wonderful food, service and atmosphere. My grandkids can even go into the bathroom at this location lol. Thank you

I haven’t been here in WEEKS, and I’m lying here in bed, craving the food, drinks, and company of the staff. This place is awesome. The food is outstanding; they always have specials that are made to perfection. I know every waitress, waiter, and bartender by name. We had some great food at Boonie’s. I had a steak that was one of the best I’ve ever had and Pop had a seafood platter. That platter was absolutely delicious…. every bite. Delicious. Don’t miss this place and be sure to try their slaw. It is very different and divine. You’ll love it and you’ll be glad that you tried Boonie’s on the Bay.
