1st, was created by one of the biggest smiles, walking in the door same very impressive entergic youngladies assisted me multiple times during my experience.
2nd, BBQ sampler, pulled pork, brisket, chicken wings, and ribs. All were very good. Now if you are expecting heavy sauced, heavy rubbed ribs you will be disappointed. Ribs were seasoned more by smoke (not heavy) then seasonings. (Id pull the membrane of the underside, but they were good.) Brisket (Tender and had a flavorful bark.) Pulled pork had good flavor, wings nice smoked wings. Sauces “original” has a little vinegar tang, Mustard wad good, Fire had the vinegar tang with just enough tickle of heat.

Great bbq and great ice cream! First time I’ve ever seen a bbq and creamery combo. BBQ is excellent by itself, but they also have hot, sweet, and mustard based sauces. This place is best for lunch, or a quick bite while you are out and about. Like on the lake or out shopping. Friendly and fast service…walk up n order. Ample seating…encloses pavillion type set up. We ate here on our way back from Trade Day and this place is sooo good! The food is absolutely phenomenal. The pulled pork is moist and tender. The sides were so fresh and delicious. Thecportions for the price unbeatable. The service was absolutely amazing. Such a homey little place! I don’t live close, but I will make it a point to stop here when I am in the area. What a hidden gem. I enjoyed it.

10/10 experience with having Boondocks cater our rehearsal dinner! We were blown away with the catering experience! Everyone came dressed really nicely and everyone was super friendly! They even carved the pork for us and served the food! And the food was AMAZING my only regret is not having more leftovers. Tracy was amazing to work with and even let us switch up the ice cream flavors last minute (the pumpkin oreo was to die for). Highly recommend for eating and for catering!!!!

My husband and I were excited to go back. I have been seeing the (cold brew coffee) on the sign recently and I ordered that in the drive up, and the cashier told me 3 times, we don’t have that just the milkshake and so I called back up there to see if they did and it sounded like the same girl answered the phone and said that we don’t have those and I told her it’s on the sign and so she checked and they do. The staff really needs to learn the menu and another thing, they did not give us any napkins! I don’t think we will be back, she if even acted like she could care less!!!

My husband and I live in Georgia. We stopped by with our twins while we were out showing land. My husband is a land specialist and Realtor in Georgia and Alabama. We really enjoyed our meal; everything was delicious. The owner came over to talk to us, and he was so friendly that it made us feel at home as if we had known him for a long time. The wonderful employees were all very sweet as well. It’s a beautiful place with delicious food. Your friends from Georgia will be back! Oh yeah and delicious homemade Ranch.

Wonderful BBQ place! The sauce was freakin delicious! This place is super cute, clean, delicious, and perfect service from “Chloe.” And it was fast! We had pulled pork and brisket sandwiches with Mac-n-cheese and baked potatoes. ALSO! The homemade ice cream is delicious! We had butter pecan and strawberry. DONT MISS IT!!

I have been a customer of Boondocks since the opening day. My food, service and atmosphere has always been top notch. The one thing I love most about Boondocks is that the wait for food is never long. Accuracy, food temp and drinks are outstanding. Even on the busiest days, this place is a well oiled machine. Your dining room staff is excellent. Specifically Ashley and Kenzie. They are usually the ones there when my family come for a meal. Drinks are refilled promptly, trash is moved as needed and their smiling faces make just being in the building a pleasure. Keep up the good work Team!!!

My mom had been raving about Boondocks for years, I finally went on Friday and can say it was not overhyped at all! I got the sample platter (wings not shown in the picture) and a peach wine slush. The wings were amazing, super crispy skin and good flavor even though they’re plain. The Captain Carolina sauce was my favorite to dip/mix with. Everyone working was super helpful despite how busy they were, and patient when dealing with our party of 8. At the end of the night, I hadn’t finished the peach wine slush, so they gave me a cup and sealed it for me so I could finish it at home. I also had 1 scoop of their chocolate ice cream which was great, will need to wait for a freak shake I’m interested in to come around. Would definitely recommend to anyone for good food and atmosphere.
