Food is still the best in town but the “line up and wait to put your name on a list and wait some more” thing has gotta go. The very nice and well meaning host gave our table to someone else. This happened a few years ago when we came. It’s 2023- time to add a virtual queue with cell notifications! No more shouting names like a cheap diner. No more giving tables away to people who respond to any name. No more “it will be 30 minutes” when it was an hour. Talk about starting out on the wrong foot.

Oh my God this restaurant is incredible! My wife and I stopped on a lark for our anniversary and the dinner was one of the best I’ve had anywhere in at least a year. The menu is seasonal, but I had a steak that was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. The truffle fries were so good that we ordered a second helping just for fun. Special shout out to the brownie. It levitated off my plate. Heaven. My wife had a lot of dietary restrictions and she had the vegan plate which was superb as well. I highly recommend!

Best dining experience in Guerneville! We had a group of 8 and we were seated immediately. After a day of wine tastings at vineyards, we had a plethora of wine with us…which is not a problem! They charge a $20 corking fee…we were very pleased to enjoy our own wines. We got pretty much everything on the menu, but the stars were definitely the flash fried Brussels, burrata salad and the Chili braised pork with polenta. They have desserts but sadly they do not offer coffee service. Still Very highly recommended!

One of the recommended restaurants in Guerneville area. They don’t take reservations, but we were able to snatch a spot at 6pm on a Thursday night. Others who came later did have to wait. We ordered their steak and halibut. Both were delicious. The portion size of the halibut felt decent but left me a bit hungry still. Service was average, did have to wait a bit and wave down our server a few times. A good option to try out if in the area.

Delicious. We enjoyed all parts of our entrees, flat iron steak and braised pork shoulder. The creamed kale and polenta were out of this world delicious.

We got seated in the adjoining dining area which had a lot of flies. The food was good but personally, I considered it mediocre quality. the melon salad was just melon with a light dressing, the pork shoulder was dry, and they placed the steak on top of the truffle fries instead of the salad (which had no dressing) so all the fries were soggy. The portions were also small as well. the scallops on top of mushy peas had 3 total scallops for $35. Overall it felt like ~$16-20 quality food not $28-35. Our group of 5 was still hungry after 3 appetizers and 4 mains to share. Also 20% auto gratuity is not worth.

More casual than the first impression gives. I got the Mac n cheese but wouldn’t get it again. Very runny sauce; nothing special imo.

Promising place. Nice outdoor resting. Great menu. That’s where it ends. Food under spiced. The special steak was a cheap cut and flavorless. The truffle fries were super greasy.

Very satisfying meal. Grateful they fit our party of 6 in near closing. Pork shoulder with polenta was a stand-out while the starters (burrata, carrots, beets) were good but not exceptional. Attentive and friendly service – probably the best I’ve had in Guerneville.
