We absolutely love Boom restaurant, and Westridge Golf Course.
We have the boom membership and it’s absolutely awesome. So we come in frequently for pizza and steak and love their appetizers. The boom boom shrimp is delicious, and their nachos are hands-down, the largest order of nachos I’ve ever seen in my life.
If you are near Westridge golf course, I highly suggest coming in and checking out boom. We have not had a bad dish here yet.

Tried this place out after hitting a few drives and I was pleasantly surprised. Drinks were made well, beer was cold, and food was fantastic.
Kinny was my waitress and she never missed a beat. Bonus points for being absolutely hilarious.

A previous post said to try the filet mignon, so we did and it is not only delicious, but a fraction of the cost at most steakhouses! Who knew a restaurant at a golf course would have AMAZING food?!!
After several visits, we have yet to find something we didn’t like. Our favorites so far have been the Brussels sprouts, chicken scallopini, filet mignon, whole hog sandwich, power bowl, and the Godfather pizza.
PS — order and Old Fashioned, it’s one of the best we’ve ever had!!!

I’ve eaten here no less than 50 times, and I’ve never had a bad meal. Service has been slow a few times, but that’s only because the place was packed. The staff is friendly and they have good food choices. Definitely try them on Thursday nights for half priced steaks! I’m a little disappointed that they discontinued the calamari. I’m not sure what they were thinking. They added a few good items though. Give them a shot. I doubt that you will be disappointed.

Great food. Terrible service. I live across the street and I want this to be my resteraunt. So let me rant. I hope the owner is reading.
You invested a ton of money into your resteraunt and it shows! You did great with your menu but hired teenagers to serve your customers. Nothing against teenagers but they’re better off on the course than in the resteraunt. You need professionals to run your restaurant. The waiter tonight apologized to us maybe 20 times, literally. I don’t want apologies, I want my drink. He blamed the bar tender and kitchen but I can almost guarantee that it was mostly his fault. Your staff screwed up vodka, tonic, and lime. I got gin. Anyone can make a Vodka, Tonic, and Lime… even a teenager. You dont have to be a mixologist to do this. My wife asked for pinot noir. He brought pinot grigio. How? He’s young, so I forgave and moved on. He tabbed us out after we ordered more drinks, then was dancing behind the bar and never brought our drinks and forgot. He literally admitted he forgot. Lol. Props to the admission I guess. We had to flag him down to bring our drinks. Profusely apologized. Bro… really?? If you are making your money off tips, you can trust me when I say, Ive been a server and I always tip well but I wont tip people that don’t care.

Get the Filet!!!!! Totally worth it, was cooked to perfection (medium rare). Brisket is TOP NOTCH as well. Keep up the good work and give Liz a pat on the back, she’s AMAZING!!

Service here has gone downhill. I waited over 40 minutes for my order with no apology or update — completely unacceptable. My friend ordered a Chicken BBQ Pizza and when it came without onions, the staff just threw raw onions on top instead of fixing it properly. No service recovery, no professionalism. This place used to be good, but the staff are poorly trained and the service is getting worse every visit.

Our party ordered a variety of items to include:
Appetizers: Chips and Queso, and Wings which were better than WingStop.
Entrees: Whole Hog, Bacon Cheeseburger, Pepperoni Pizza which tasted like we were in Italy, Salmon which was perfectly cooked and a Turkey bacon club sandwich.
The ice cream was a delicious end to our amazing lunch experience which concluded with the mini golf course which is just as amazing as the food!
Boom! Is a must try food experience for anyone living in Prosper, Frisco or McKinney!
