Stopped in for lunch to experience something new, and it was good! I purchased the lunch special of chicken (popcorn or piece choice), salad, and fries or rice. It was a lot of food! I got the spicy popcorn chicken and it was spicy but not unbearable. The salad was good and fresh and the fries, pretty common. Service was pleasant and the restaurant was clean. Thanks.

Kono fried chicken in Hmart next door is good. But I like Boom Boom Chicken more. The chicken is super crispy, even after 2 hours. Only complaint is the spiciness is not consistent. Sometime it can be burning hot!We ordered Donkatsu and there was a lot of pork chop, come with sesame sauce, rice and corn salad. Only complaint is the pork chop was a little bit dry. Sweet potato fries is good. The fried shrimp was very good too. Tips: 1) If you want to save some money, come for the weekday lunch special. 2) Please understand that they fry the chicken after you place the order, it may take 10-15 min. If you don’t want to wait, place order online or call them in advance. 3) if you have some leftover chicken, you can microwave the chicken (2 pieces) for 30 sec, preheat the toaster oven or air fryer to 375 F, bake it 2 min, flip to the other side, 2 more min. Store is clean and wide open. Staff are friendly and very considerate. Simple menu increases quality of food. Lots of drink choices. We ordered popcorn chicken and fried dumplings. The popcorn chicken is a little tough to chew but the crispiness and flavor of the spicy sauce is amazing. The fried pork dumplings are very crispy and delicious. Great place to eat and I will come back again.

I ordered a special that had 6 pieces of chicken, a little lettuce salad, french fries and small corn salad. The person that was with me ordered the same thing but had sweet potato fries ( which was a up charge). We both ordered half mild half spicy chicken and received 2 legs and 4 wing pieces each. The chicken was very crunchy and tasted very good. It was a little greasy. The spicy piece was extremely tasty to me and my companion. The french fries were okay to me but, my companion really liked them. The sweet potato fries were good also. The lettuce salad was pretty small and okay, the corn salad was very good. If, you like fried Chicken you should definitely try it.

Today we drove from Staten Island to buy take out lunch. Upon arrival I was told there were no drumsticks. I then decided to buy a chicken wing large order ($24.99) and two-2 CHICKEN BREASTS, as one person in my family doesn’t eat wings. I was charged $5.00 for the chicken breasts. Once at home we took the breast out of the container, to my surprise, I paid five dollars for 2 pieces of breast, not for two breasts. Photo enclosed. I feel the girl in the front was not honest enough. I asked if they were breasts and she said yes. SHE SHOULD HAVE told me there were pieces of chicken breast and not a full breast. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NIT HOMEST, GOT RIPPED OFF !

This was first time trying this place and I was very impressed. The Chicken was very flavorful and crunchy. I highly recommend getting the half spicy half mild option. We also got pork dumplings and they were excellent. I think I found my new go too place for fried chicken.

Chicken stays crispy after a car ride home. The spicy is very tolerable and the heat builds up gradually. Some of the drums are HUGE, but I didn’t like the meat texture of the big ones. A 16pc box can probably feed 2-3ppl. I wish they offered more flavor options. Not jumping for joy to come back.
