I ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken was fried just right – crispy with just the right amount of juiciness. The waffles were cooked the same way, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The dish hit with the perfect balance of saltiness and sweetness. Also, the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, reading, or working on your computer. I ate here while waiting for my flight and caught up on work while eating.

Billi Jo was an amazing host to me and all 4 of my coworkers. We are a rowdy bunch and have been at a work conference the entire week maintaining our composure mostly. She’s the only server here and not only is she taking care of everyone and coming from behind the bar to check on every single patron, she is walking over to our table regularly to make sure we’re all doing okay. She gave us instructions given the tornado watch on where to go and offered to bear hug me and keep me safe if a tornado were to hit…although unlikely. The food was delicious and extremely quick and I honestly see nothing wrong with the pricing as it is actually lower than beyond TSA pricing. She clearly cares about her patrons and visibly enjoys her job. Customer service this good is hard to find. I’m impressed. If I ever come back, I’ll only come here for food or good vibes. 10/10 because 5 stars just doesn’t feel like it’s enough.

Billy Joe absolutely made my experience exceptional. From the moment I sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She has an amazing personality that instantly makes you feel comfortable, and her knowledge of the menu and drinks was spot-on.
She stayed on top of everything without ever feeling rushed or intrusive, and you could tell she truly enjoys what she does. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such a warm, upbeat attitude, but Billy Joe nailed it.
If you’re lucky enough to be served by her, you’re in for a great experience. She’s a huge asset to the team, and I’ll definitely be back on my next arrival to visit again.

I ordered the bourbon wings and fried green tomatoes. Every time I visit Kentucky this place never fails. The cherry in top was the expresso martini made by Billi Jo. Her version is the most comforting, yet potent drink on the menu. Order one and find your comfort zone. Enjoy!

Food was pretty good, but prices were outrageous. It is in the airport, but before security, so i would expect some relaxation from normal airport outrageousness.
Small side ceaser was 12 dollars. It was not fancy whatsoever.
Worst part was we found out the overpriced espresso martini of $16 on the menu was actually $20 when the bill arrived. Server did not correct the price on the bill either, it was just matter of fact. Management – this is illegal, so if you change prices often you may want to train your servers to handle this situation properly – indicating actual prices when someone orders so they know the actual price – if they forget they need to take it off the bill to match the menu price. Or you can manually update your menus if you are really cheap (doesn’t look professional). You can use my $4 towards a proper menu reprint.

Awesome bar to drink and eat in while you wait to get on your flight! Loved the ambiance and decor of the place. I ordered the “old fashion” from the drink menu! It was yummy! For a not a bourbon drinker. Great food and desert. Not many in desert choices but the waffle ice cream was amazingly delicious! Sandy our server was super helpful and friendly!

Kayla is the only bartender and server on Saturday, she’s super friendly and makes a great old fashioned! The eggs anyway is a great way to start your day and if your looking for a good mimosa also had one with my meal. I’ll be sure to come by every time I’m in Louisville airport !

I got there 1 hour befre closing so l received a small sample size of the service, l only had 2 overpriced drinks. But the restaurant looked to have a cozy, relaxing vibe. But one lady really wanted us to leave turning off the television and music before 8pm and before l finished my drink. RUDE!! But l understand airport clientele is not repeat clientele. But a very nice Looking establishment.
