This is definitely a great venue. It reminds me of a place you’d see in Seattle. Poke Bowl was amazing, crazy amount of Japanese drinks. And you get a feee Pokémon card!!!

This place has a beautiful, comfy atmosphere with bamboo, a tree, paper lanterns and soft lighting. They offer couch seating, tables, booths, and bar type seating.

Walk into Bonzai Coffee Teabar and you feel it immediately. The Japanese aesthetic isn’t slapped on as a theme — it’s thoughtful, layered, and intentional. Every detail has been considered, and it shows.
Brent, Jeff, and Kira worked incredibly hard to get this open, and the care they put in is evident the moment you walk through the door. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to be there. The drinks are excellent.
Salem needed this. We are so excited to have Bonzai as part of The Forge community, and I have no doubt it’s going to be one of those places people keep coming back to — not just for the coffee, but for how it makes them feel.

Absolutely love it here! The Drinks are delicious and the food is phenomenal! The staff is absolutely amazing and amazingly friendly. Safe for families with children and families with autistic children and adults. The lighting is soft for sensory with autistic individuals. Perfect for anyone who loves coffee tea and anything Japanese.
