Food is good and staffs are nice.
Bad thing is after covid, regular table side is pretty much always closed and only need to sit at hibachi and me and my wife prefer little more subtle regular table side without all strangers sitting at same table.
Other than that, this is really good to eat place.

Me and my boys went here for dinner and ate on the Hibachi side. The food was deliciousb but they could have used a few more servers as things got pretty busy and there seemed to be only 2 waiters working. I will definitely be back.

service was good. Food was way too salty. Too much salt and soy sauce. No matter you order beef, chicken, shrimp or scallop, they all taste like salt. We ended up throwing our leftover away.

Ate at the original Bonsai several years ago, so we brought my wife back to try it! Was not disappointed in the least!

After waiting for over an hour to be seated, we had to wait thirty more minutes after being seated for the cook to come to our table. I ordered the steak and chicken dinner and my fiance ordered the chicken dinner with crab wontons for an appetizer. The chicken had a funny taste when I bit down on it and the steak was cooked too long even though I asked for medium rare. The wontons had a nice presentation but tasted strongly of mayo. The meal and wait was not worth the $67 ticket.

I crave the Summer Roll from Bonsai ll. It is one of the most flavourful and light sushi rolls I have ever eaten. It has tuna, salmon, avocado, and snow crab wrapped in rice paper and drizzled with ponzu. Wonderful!

Very nice decor. Spring theme. Clean and open. The Hibachi got me excited. Considering it’s .1 miles from my hotel, I’m all in! Ordered filet and lobster.
The house soup is a lesson on being minimalist. The salad was as well. Dressing was very Mayo and not a lot else going for it.
The hibachi chef was very functional. Not a lot of flourish. He also cooked the vegetables last, which usually I prefer 1st.
Noodles were good. Lots of onions. Rice was done to meet anyone’s preference. Big portions of each.
Filet and lobster were good. Filet was extremely tender. Too much salt on the lobster and meat, but very well in presentation.
Service staff were nice. Little slow with some items and Super fast with others.
Overall a good experience.

5pm on a Friday evening, no wait for a table. Service was quick, and efficient but the employees obviously didn’t want to be there. The entire dining area was uncomfortably warm. Food was good, and portions were as expected for hibachi.
