BonLife coffee roasters is one of Cleveland, Tennessee’s best coffee stops. They have a large, unique, and fairly priced menu. The Vietnamese cold brew is soo good and I really enjoyed the good life sandwich. Definitely recommend BonLife for a dine in visit with friends / family.

I liked how spacious the atmosphere is. There were many seating options to choose from. I got the Coconut Charcoal Mocha Latte, the Avocado Toast, and the Bunlife Muffin. The food and coffee was pretty good. Although I did get a stomachache and felt nauseous on the way back home, but I think it’s because I didn’t eat anything before drinking the charcoal latte so don’t be like me. The workers were great and I hope to come back when I get the chance.

Tried for the first time, was really looking forward to it. Boy was I disappointed. Costumer service was horrible! No one greeted us, no one even looked up when we we were standing there ready to order, we waited a few minutes for anyone to help us. First time there I didn’t realize they only took cards so I went to hand him my money and rudely he said “Um we only take cards here.” may I add he rolled his eyes at me. Like I just ruined his entire day. Then just walked away as I was pulling my card out to pay. So I waited for him to come back so I may use my card. Tip=Not with that attitude. The coffee was ok, wasn’t super impressed. The chairs were super uncomfortable & was only a certain type of vibe in there. Didn’t feel welcome whatsoever so we threw our coffee away & left. I understand people have bad days but still try better you’re making the entire business look bad. 10-10 do not recommend.

Great atmosphere, friendly service and a bold (and delicious) cup of coffee. I had the raspberry bagel with bacon and a black cup of Joe. To quote Kyle McLaughlin in “Twin Peaks” the tv show. Give yourself a gift every day.. in this case a black delicious cup of coffee.

Great job on the Zambia roast! I had it as a siphon, because I had never had siphon coffee previously. Delicious, with no defects in the roast or the brew! I bought a bag of Zambia to take home with me and a flat white to-go back down the road. The atmosphere here is laid back and welcoming. The staff was engaging, and engaged in meaningful coffee culture conversation. Everything a roastworks/coffee shop should be. My first TN coffee, and I will make BonLife a pit stop on future visits!

I really wanted to like this coffee shop, but they don’t accept cash. I just won’t shop at a business that doesn’t take cash. Moreover, as I had cash in hand and was on crutches, I had to retrieve my backpack to pay with a debit card. If it wasn’t for the fact I was meeting someone there, I would have simply left.

This place is great. Best Vanilla cappuccinos in East TN. Love the space to work in & the hospitality. Prices are fair. Good location as well. Wish they had longer hours! But still reasonable. Great place!
