Great atmosphere and food, fair prices. Service was a bit slow, but that helped us slow down and relax anyway. For Prineville, this is amazing. Competes with places we’ve been in Redmond and Bend, and it’s 3 minutes from our front door… Super excited to see places like this in Prineville.

Bonito Feast Japanese Fusion Cuisine in Prineville is an absolute gem! Their seafood is exceptionally fresh and top quality. The Tuna Sashimi was outstanding — silky, rich, and easily above standard. The Sweet Shrimp Nigiri with crispy shrimp heads was tender and flavorful, while the Yum Yum Roll delivered a perfect balance of crispy texture and creamy flavor.
Beyond sushi, their starters impress too! The Ceviche with octopus, pico de gallo, and lemon cilantro vinaigrette was bright, refreshing, and served with chips — a perfect appetizer to share.

It’s a cozy Japanese fusion spot with a really friendly vibe. The food was super fresh and had some fun, creative twists — not your typical sushi place (in a good way!).
The starters were seriously on point! I forgot the names, but just ask the staff — they’re really good at recommending.
Everything was super creative and tasted amazing!
There’s also plenty of parking, so it’s really easy and convenient to visit. ✨

Excellent food!!!! Everything is so delicious and service is amazing. Super sweet people. Bonito feast is a must go place you will not find anywhere else to have fresh and delicious sushi like the ones here. My boyfriend is such a picky eater and does not like sushi at all well didn’t until he tried the sushi that is made here and he loved it!! ( yum yum, Mexican ninja and the captain) that’s how you know the food is delicious! Can’t wait to go back and eat more delicious food!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Best sushi I’ve ever had, reasonable prices, and I have almost tried every roll. I think this is a good problem to have.
The captain is my ultimate favorite! And obviously the Philly is a OG fav. I get it spicy sometimes.

A nice place for lunch or dinner. A full sushi menu that can please anyone. The lunch bento box had plenty of food. Everything was freshly made and the restaurant was clean throughout. Service was great. Prices are a little high but ok. On Street parking only. Overall a nice place.

Our first time. The sushi rolls were very good. I got the yum yum and my husband got the spicy scallop rolls. There was no spicy on the scallop roll and the server didn’t bring an extra wasabi for his. He also got the yakasoba noodles. Great flavor but VERY small portion. Looked like a kids order.
I ordered a short jack and coke and it was $13!!! $2 less than their special cocktails. A jack and coke anywhere else in town is at most $8.
Probably only a place I will order rolls. And to go. Not very impressed. My kid got the teriyaki chicken and it was okay.

Really great place all around. The staff was very courteous and polite. Yet brought the food on courses instead of all at once just like it’s supposed to be done and the food was delightful.
We had the yum yum roll, the BBQ pork ribs, tonkatsu and a king ball.
The BBQ pork fell off the bone and was very easy to eat. The king ball had delicious crab in it as well as the yum yum roll. The misou soup was served with the best tasting ginger and the tonkatsu has the tastiest sauce with it. Everything was very eloquent and perfectly cooked.
The atmosphere was very inviting as well with good seating arrangements. Our food was brought out promptly without much of a wait.
I will definitely be visiting again.
