Delicious food and would otherwise get a 5 star rating! The only reason I didnt put 5 stars is because of minor mistakes like forgetting a sauce on the side or forgetting to remove a part of the dish

I’m a local and recently spent a fabulous staycation weekend at The Pink Shell with my daughter for her birthday. The resort is fabulous. Excellent service, beautiful rooms, awesome amenities. We dined at Bongos and Jon made our weekend even more special with his fantastic service at the bar. He’s the best bartender on FMB! We love Bongos at the Pink Shell and can’t wait to return.

My recent visit to Pink Shell Beach Resort was made even better by the incredible team behind the bar! A huge shoutout to Jon, Leo, Jacob, Stephanie, Kevin, Sarah, and Calen for their exceptional service.
They are all wonderfully friendly and truly masters at making you feel welcome and right at home. Not only did they mix up fantastic drinks, but their positive attitudes and engaging conversation created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere every time I stopped by.
This group of bartenders is a shining example of the resort’s hospitality, and they definitely contributed to making my stay perfect. Keep up the great work!

Our experience at Bongo’s Beach Bar & Grill was a great one. Definitely plan on going back in the future. Awesome location for live music. The wings were probably some of the best wings that we have found here in SWFL. The Beverage Manager, Toby, was a delight to talk to. He checked in on us a couple of times, and we talked music with him. Toby made it a personal experience rather than all business. That’s exactly what we appreciate when it comes to taking care of customers.

Had an AMAZING stay at Pink Shell Resort. The staff was great and treated my wife and I so well. The amenities are great and the complimentary items are more than sufficient for a relaxing stay that makes you feel pampered. Jon the bartender at Bongos was awesome and treated us like he’d known us for years. Chester was also great and helped us get access to a golf cart to do some running around. Happy all around with this place.
