Well….that’s this place where everyone is friendly and welcomes you into this awesome Italian restaurant. You’ll never feel alone here!
Say hello to the beautiful Deanna….she’s the young owner who is hands on!
If she’s not available, there’s an added bonus asking for Suzette, the personality plus manager, who will get you one of her more than capable waitresses to help you.
They have outside tables to relax and have one of their awesome Philly cheese steak sandwich & whatever beer you’d like.
I had their cheeseburger with sweet peppers, onions, pickles, lettuce & tomatoes with the fantastic onion rings (awesome!) and had to take 1/2 home. It was yummy & huge!
Inside has their pizza counter with authentic Philly pizza and across has their casual dining area with a step up & seat bar. Watch the game on TV while you eat with friendly people to meet & have a drink with.
And….no….I don’t work there…..but I’m going back again!
Enjoy
When I got home and we started to eat, we saw no ranch on our pizza, all of the toppings were falling off the slices because it didn’t seem there was much cheese on the pizza to hold everything together. There were a lot of toppings, which is better than most pizza places, but the quality didn’t impress us. With the horrible experience both at the place and pizza, we will not be returning.
No, seriously dine in. Although they offer a delivery option it’s best not to use it. My orders are always wrong, or messy (like pizza toppings sliding halfway across the pizza and into the box) when I use delivery. Delivery drivers will not take back incorrect orders, and instead instruct you to call the store to fix the problem. Which makes the experience worse as the staff members manning the phones aren’t usually nice when you call back to report something was wrong- unlike most companies who are apologetic and willing to help when they make errors.
When I dine in or carry out everything is perfect. No mis-heard orders, no missing food or drinks, perfect. When I ask for delivery it’s always wrong.
Another difference between the two is service.
The service provided in person is exceptional. Nice staff and quick service. On the phone, they can be rude and pushy if the restaurant is “busy”. I have been placed on hold (which I don’t mind at all) and forgotten (which I do care about) about on multiple occasions. The last time was over 20 minutes to which my husband barely got a sorry. Add that to the incorrect orders and poor state of food once it arrives at your door I won’t ever order delivery again. You shouldn’t either.
Eat here for great pizza and good specials. But dine in.
