I really don’t like giving anyone a 1 star but I sat there with my 3 kids waiting on our food and watched others walk out. You pay after ordering at the counter so we waited but unfortunately the food never came. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because I didn’t want to cancel my order if they were making the food. Others who ordered 30-40min after we did got their food and take out orders were fulfilled but not ours. I was told after an hour of waiting that they were now working on our order, insanity. I love supporting local business but unfortunately won’t be returning. I paid $40 and was so disappointed I walked out without even asking for my money back.

A great little hidden gem in Pinetops NC! This was my first visit, I ordered the Baked Chicken (which I pulled off the bone) Dinner with Mac n Cheese and Cabbage, the portions were plentiful and the prices are affordable! The food was tasty and well seasoned, you can tell these people truly put in an effort into what they serve their customers. The restaurant was clean, the service was great and the staff was friendly. They offer different specials during the week as well as Burgers, Hot Dogs and Sandwiches. I’d definitely visit them again when I’m in the area! Great food! The staff are amazing, and the food is fantastic!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bone’s Grill, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and perfect for everything from a casual lunch to a special night out. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our visit.
I ordered the catfish, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. You can really tell they take pride in their cooking. The sides were just as impressive, and the portion sizes were generous.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Bone’s Grill is a must-visit spot. Great food, excellent service, and a relaxed vibe — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hands down the best cheeseburgers and hotdogs in town! I don’t know whose doing the cooking in the back but they put their foot in it. The staff is great as well and always offer me free lemonade or tea if I have wait.

The customer service skills NEED to be EVALUATED!! I can understand people being frustrated from an over load of customers and the demands you face in working in a restaurant but there is a very important rule you must follow >The customer comes first<
I have called this place several times to place orders and heard the lady on the other end telling another customer/or co worker how she does not like having to repeat herself and grunting and being rude and that is not professional nor does it say much for how she handles herself. I hope she is not the owner because if she is I forsee an upcoming closing of that business. You can not keep customers being rude to them and rushing them off the phone while they are trying to place an order. Bad for business!!! Yea there food is ok but it’s not worth me putting up with attitude everytime I wanna order so I will not be returning I’ll spend my money at Abraham’s down the street at least they don’t disrespect a paying customer.

My fiance and I love chicken livers and we have had it from alot of different places. So we went to bones to get some fried livers unfortunately that do not have any but they had gizzard. So we ordered those and man oh man. Hands down the best fried chicken gizzard I have ever had. The flavor is amazing. Bummed that they didn’t have livers but the gizzard made up for it. Bones please do fried livers with the same seasoning.
