I have been to alot of bbq joints, had alot of ribs in near every state. First time coming here and I’ll tell ya, i do believe this may be the best to date I have found. Their ribs, bones just pull out, and packed with flavor and juiciness, their BBQ pork sandwich was my appetizer, and it could have been the main course. Not going to leave here disappointed or hungry. Their sweet tea is also the way grandma from down south would make it. Will be back!!

Very generous portions of delicious Barbecue and tasty sides. We thoroughly enjoyed Bones Backsteet BBQ! Just off I-65 in Jemison. Easy on and off the Interstate.

We arrived with friends, party of 11 people total and this included six kids. The lady who took our order was very gracious, the staff was very friendly. The food was delicious and the servings were more than adequate for the prices. They accommodated our seating and made customers feel welcomed. I had the catfish, coleslaw, hush puppies and corn nuggets I enjoyed it immensely. When I’m in tge area I will be eating there and if not in the area it will be worth the drive because the food is exceptional.

The sauce wasn’t quite what we were expecting (more of a vinegary sauce, which I’m sure people like just not what we’re used to), and the meat was slightly dry.
The atmosphere was a bit off-putting at first . However, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the bathrooms were spotless. Maybe with a few tweaks, this place could really shine!

Waited 25 mins for 2 pork sandwiches and a kids hamburger. Still didn’t get food. Woman behind cash register was kind of rude; probably had a bad day but when I told her I wanted a refund she didn’t know how to do it. I left without repayment or my food. Horrible experience.

Food was very good. It has to be when you have 11 people 5 adults and 6 kids and not one complaint. Great prices and portions. I used to own a restaurant hands down they have great food prices and very friendly. We will be seeing them soon.
