The quality of food is based upon who is cooking in the food trailer. Been there twice, the first time the food was really good but, the second time not so good. Employees were nice and polite. Nice area to sit outside and eat.

So I was walking near my apartment and saw the truck. After a quick search on Instagram, I figured, I’d give them a try. I placed the order through Toast and ended up walking to wait.
When I walked up, the employee said my order would be another 5 minutes. Strange because I had ordered on the website, and also, he never asked me a question about whether I ordered or not. But cool. Top tier customer service, love that for me. He did ask if it was for here or to go. Again, different but eh, it was empty, and I was the only person there.
He handed me a bag and told me to have a great day. I made it home, opened the containers and sure enough, it was not my order .
The burger had jalapeños on it, which I had to remove. The fries had cheese, grilled onions, and bacon on them. After going back to look at the menu, I initially ordered a Kenny B and plain fries. What I received was a Hot Head burger and Dirty Angel fries. If you like hot stuff, you’ll love the Hot Head burger. The fries would’ve been so good with just cheese sauce or ketchup.
If I go back, I’ll be sure to check my order before I leave.

This place has great burgers and fries. What kills me is their inconsistency. I’ll show up two hours before they’re listed closing and “We’re closing, we don’t have fries” and have shitty attitude. They just seem to close whenever they want. Product is great, service is meh. Hope they can improve that. I hate rolling in 6 and having to leave because they won’t consist serve their product.

PLEASE DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! It’s not the food, the two guys that are working here are horrible. I placed an order at the window & sat here for 35 minutes waiting for my food. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER SITTING HERE! I finally walk up to the window & ask about my food. He just hands me a bag, that’s someone else’s food. He said someone else took my food. BUT I WATCHED HIM PERSONALLY HAND THE FOOD OUT. He was so busy talking & eating that he just gave a random bag out. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to sit here for an hour and 10 minutes for a burger. The food is not actually even worth the inconvenience of parking & dealing with bevis & b utthead. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!

The food at bone head is incredible but their hours and service is spotty at best. Showed up multiple times when they should be open and they have been closed. Just recently showed up on game day with an open sign and they said they are not taking any orders. The inconsistency makes me not want to be a customer anymore.

Burnt burger. I get it’s supposed to be a smash burger- but the whole outside rim was literally black. First time here- probably won’t be back (6/22 at 1:30PM). The kid cooking in the back kept leaving.
