February 2026: Another lunch deal, we tried the fish and chips this time. There was a lot of batter but not much fish. The food was hot and fresh. This is one meal, I cannot recommend. Unfortunately, it was very greasy as you can see by the pictures.
Service was adequate, not the usual great. Drinks went unfilled.
There was no manager visible, not one smile on the wait staff.
December 2025 We went to Bonefish grill for lunch. We had the mixed grill for 2 again. The white fish was a little dry, however the sauces are great. The salmon was grilled so it was moist and tender. The Ahi Tuna is always great, very tender. The shrimp with the mango sauce are well cooked. The Au Gratin potatoes were great and the cauliflower with the pan Asian sauce was phenomenal. Our server, Afton, was very attentive. Spencer, the managing partner stopped by the table to make sure everything was good. We talked for a while about past visits.

Stopped in for lunch. Husband and I shared a special that was offered that had a sampler of 4 items! Shrimp, salmon, mahi mahi and tuna! All were exceptional! The sides were plentiful as well! We had the brussel sprouts and potatoes au gratin! Those brussel sprouts left me speechless! So flavorful and delicious. Drinks were well priced and well crafted.
Atmosphere was quiet and intimate. Casual enough for an afternoon lunch but could be a perfect spot for a date night out as well. Service was wonderful, quick, attentive and professional.

First time ever at a Bonefish. The food was amazing but the service was not the best. The atmosphere was even worse. The location we went to was smaller than expected and very crowded. The people next to us we being unprofessional and using a lot of vulgar language. The tables were very small and way too close together. It was very loud in there. We enjoyed the low lighting and the friendliness of the staff. Even though the service was slow because of the crowds they did make up for it by helping with the late drink. We made a reservation for 6pm and we got there about 10 minutes before. Although we had to wait past our time about 10 minutes. Overall, it was a good experience but we will not be back until the environment improves.

I had a 400pm reservation and arrived 15 minutes early. We were seated at 415pm. Ordered food around 435pm and received food around 515pm. The wait isn’t the real issue just part of it. The main issue is my lobster was overcooked, both of our potatoes were cold, the steak was tough, and the crab cakes were imitation meat compared to their normal blue fin crab meat. Very disappointing, bone fish is normally our go to restaurant for date nights.

I live in Albuquerque. NM and we don’t have a Bonefish Grill there, so whenever I travel to Colorado Springs, I make it a point to stop by sometimes twice I’m one visit! The food is always tasty, fresh and delicious. The Dragonfruit margarita is exceptional. This was my first time trying it. I always get the crab cakes and the didn’t disappoint! Today Im writing this review to callout the service I received. David, my server was amazing. Attentive, responsive, courteous and kind. It made me feel special at first. Then in listening to how he was the same way with all of his tables, I realized this was the level of service he gave to everyone. Really great experience, thanks David and Bonefish. Until next time!

We had never tried a Bonefish Grill. Glad we did. If I could give service more stars I would. Thomas was a great waiter and answered any questions we had. He made recommendations since it was our first time. Thomas even took a few minutes out of his busy night to chat with us. Manager Spencer Gray was also great checking with tables to make sure the food and service was great. We will return. Make sure you try it.

Now on to the meal. The Mahi Mahi was blackened. I’m Latina, I love pepper, but it was too salty and dry.
I sent it back, but they took too long, so I can’t comment on the 2nd one.

For consistently tasty food and friendly service in a comfortable setting, you can’t do better. And this despite being part of a national chain. Clearly they’ve figured out the formula.
A cozy booth, fresh bread with garlic-herb oil, a favorite salad made to my specifications and a chilled cocktail ensure a relaxing time.
P.S. Customer service is noteworthy. Managers check in on patrons without being intrusive.
