⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely blown away – Dorene is a superstar!
This was our first time ever visiting Bonefish Grill on roselle and wow… what an experience. A HUGE reason for that was our waitress, Dorene. From the moment she came to our table, she was warm, genuine, and incredibly attentive.
She didn’t just take our order — she asked us a few questions about what we like, really listened, and somehow nailed it. Every recommendation was spot-on. Even the Old Fashioned she ordered on my behalf was INSANE — easily one of the best I’ve had.
Now, let me be real for a second: my wife is the hardest person in the world to order for . Dorene absolutely knocked it out of the park. My wife was blown away by how perfect everything was, and that alone deserves an award.
Dorene is hands-down one of the sweetest people we’ve ever been served by. We came in feeling like a solid 6 kind of night, and she completely flipped the script and turned it into a 9. That’s not easy to do.
We will 100% be coming back — and honestly, we’ll be asking for Dorene specifically. She made our night, our meal, and our first Bonefish experience unforgettable. ❤️

I used to eat here all the time as a child/teen and have always loved the food. Now, as an adult with my own money, I can appreciate the value and quality much more! I took my boyfriend here for National Boyfriend Day, and the dinner specials, speed of service, and overall experience left absolutely nothing to be desired! We are foodies through and through, yet we still left full and with leftovers!
I believe our server was named Yessenia (whoever the lovely lady with brown hair was on Friday, 10/03/2025). She truly went above and beyond to make our celebration special. The head chef also came out to greet us, which I really appreciated as a customer!

We went for dinner after reviewing their menu on line. Thr first thing we noticed was the restaurant is nicely decorated, it is a very comfortable room. Next, our waiter was phenomenal. He made some very good suggestions and we ended up ordering those instead of what we originally planned. We started with the bang bang shrimp appetizer which was terrific, and folliwed with the lobster ravioli and the seared Ahi tuna. Both were delicious! We paired the appetizer and food with wonderful wines and enjoyed the meal immensely. We followed with a piece of key lime pie, and a key lime pie Martini. The pie was good, but the Martini was awesome! If you like key lime pie the key lime martini is a must try. It will be your new favorite. Our server, Phillip, was fantastic in every way a waiter can be. He was friendly, always there when we wanted him, and quick with terrific suggestions. Thank you for a wonderful nigjt out. This restaurant is on our must return list.

Came here on a lunch date. With my wife Let me tell you something… we had an excellent time! The place was so nice & comfortable, the food was REALLY good, & the atmosphere & service were awesome. Thank you again Kayla. Easy parking. Just my luck, there was a spot open right by the door in the corner. Now more about the food… The Bang Bang Shrimp was out of this world!! I ordered the fish & chips for my main entrée & was very satisfied. The soup was really good, too. I would really like to come here again!!

Jade was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, providing detailed descriptions of the fresh ingredients and local recipes that make this restaurant a true neighborhood gem. She highlighted the amazing cocktails, expertly crafted with care, and encouraged us to try the flown-in fish specials. Each recommendation she made was spot on and contributed to a delightful dining experience. We love the tuna nachos and bang Bang Shrimp with sweet chili sauce.
Her attention to detail was remarkable; she ensured our glasses were never empty and that we were well taken care of without being intrusive. Jade’s genuine passion for the restaurant and its offerings is evident, and she made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit.

Great food and service! We recently had the bang bang shrimp, sashimi tuna, and truffle fries and all three were delicious. Their mains are great too and prices are very reasonable. Definitely a neighborhood favorite restaurant that we come back to often.

Disappointing Experience.
Unfortunately, this was the worst Bonefish location I’ve visited. The food quality was extremely poor.
The pork was undercooked, which is a serious food safety concern. I specifically asked the server to ensure it was properly prepared, but it still came out unsafe to eat.( pictures attached)
The broccoli was over-fried and unappetizing.
The bread was clearly not fresh.
The overall kitchen execution was terrible.
The only saving grace of this visit was the server, who provided excellent service despite the disappointing food.
On top of everything was extremely cold in the restaurant.
Overall, this was a complete waste of time, and I won’t be returning.
