Had an awesome experience at Bonefish Grill! The food was delicious as always, but the real highlight was our server, Andrea. I must say it’s been awhile since I was at Bonefish. I boycotted it after Covid due to shrinkflation. My brother said they are back. Today I confirmed they are the real deal again. Great food, great service and a rocking Happy Hour(s). Christopher was our waiter and was so pleasant and was there before we needed something. Great job. Only reason I gave four stars on the atmosphere is because we were close to the front door. Get an old fashion if you like Woodford or a Blueberry lemon Tina if your into martinis. The shrimp toast, Tuna wontons are exceptional and the crab cakes are Full of Crab.

It was my mother in law birthday so my husband decided to take her here for dinner. The restaurant is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, but a bit too dark. It was a little pass 5:00 at the time and there wasn’t much people there. Yet the host wanted to seat us all the way in the back instead of asking if we liked to sit there. After telling him where we wanted to sit ( it was 3 of us) he went and consulted someone before giving us our preferred table. Our server for the nice was very friendly and patient as my mother in law didn’t like her first dish and they were so nice to change it. They also gave her a slice of cake free of cost which I loved. The manager also came and checked on us and that made the night much better. Drinks are great but wasn’t much good options on the menu. I had the pork chops it was ok and my husband had fish I think. She enjoyed her bday and that’s what matters

Rebecca was absolutely amazing. Extremely hospitable and patient during a very busy time. All of our drinks were filled, the food came out within 20 mins after ordering. This has been hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had a restaurant. No AI did not write this review and I stand by every word.

If you want an upscale experience without spending an outrageous amount of money, I recommend checking out Bonefish Grill.

I ordered the sea bass for $40. Sad to say the portion size has been reduced with time while the cost has increased. Would expect a portion significantly larger than the sauce cup the mango salsa was served in as before. Very disappointed. Will not be retuning for the sea bass unless they increase the portion size to match the increase in price.

Waitress was also not attentive. Maybe it was because we came in with small children and matched a certain stereotype in her mind but she did not even serve us the complimentary bread before our meals. She was also curt and unfriendly. She should know not to judge a book by its cover as she was serving a medical professional and family who could afford to tip generously if offered excellent service.

Update: went back today and happened to be served by same waitress. She was excellent. Friendly, sweet, accommodating and quick. Perfect. Food was great as always. Today was 5/5 stars.

Service would have earned zero stars if not for the manager, Curtis, who ultimately stepped in and salvaged what he could.
Our waitress was extremely inattentive from start to finish. She forgot to take our drink orders, brought incorrect sides with our meals, and delivered our entrées a full 50 minutes after the appetizers were served – while leaving the dirty appetizer dishes on the table. When I asked her to please clear them, she begrudgingly grabbed 2 of the 3 dishes and left that third dirty dish for the duration of our meal. Throughout our time, she repeatedly walked past our table without checking in or even making eye contact.
Curtis, on the other hand, was visibly working the room—running food, clearing tables, and picking up the slack left by our server. I had to ask him directly for drink refills because our waitress never returned.
When I finally flagged her down to ask about our meals (which were clearly overdue), she seemed annoyed by the request and chose to attend to another table before slowly returning to retrieve our food. When the meals arrived, the plates were scorching hot, yet the food itself was lukewarm—suggesting it had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time. I was still working on my food when she abruptly grabbed my plate to take it away. Bizarre.
We’ve dined here multiple times and the food and service has always been excellent. The experience with this waitress was shocking – she clearly didn’t want to be at work, and shouldn’t be. Curtis was the only bright spot in an otherwise frustrating and poorly managed dining experience.
