OK bonefish she dropped the ball this time starting off with the waiter Trevor. He was quite interesting. I asked him three times about the ahi salad. And he was like well. It’s already premade and you can’t have sauce on the side and you can’t modify I said OK
I then proceeded to order the soup and salad off the lunch menu and before it could even finish, she says what it’s not included. I said well I know that I’m hungry. My mom has just gotten out of the hospital and she has cancer so I cannot really cook in the house because it makes So I was looking forward to a really good meal and it was a splurge because money is tight right now
I ordered the crab soup which tasted canned and what I thought was cheese was crab who knew. I also made a mistake of calling at a she Crab soup because we’re friends that’s what we have. We have sea crab soup we have crab bisque. And he was like no you keep calling her that it’s not she crab. I’m like OK so I was trying to find the crab in Are you looking for unlike the crab and he was like well it’s right there and I’m like OK so I asked for the tomato soup to try and it tasted like Campbell’s with a little bit of cream in it. My ahi Salad? Was a little bit too overwhelming with the onion and the heavy. Cream dressing on the fresh fish or was it fresh I don’t know I all could taste was crispy onion. But the rice, the warm rice saved the salad. The shaved Brussels sprouts salad also had a ton of those crispy onions on top and I couldn’t even eat the soup or the brussels sprout salad at that point. In fact when I got home, I got sick from all the heavy cream on top of the salad. With the heavy cream that I Soup, even though I only had two small bites to taste. I’m not one to complain about food, but when I come to bonefish, I expect certain standards and this was not it. I’ve never had to send back food at bonefish before.
Trevor needs some retraining he never came back for refills he was offish and weird and I was uncomfortable
I had to go to the hostess to talk to him about taking off the soup and salad which he did
I’m sad because my daughter who coming from Georgia to visit her grandma has want to try Bonefish and I don’t recommend it to her at all
Please train and watch your staff properly even when it’s busy
Also crispy onions and cream on everything does not go

We had an excellent meal on Christmas eve. My first visit to any Bonefish location. Although we had a reservation, my husband and I didn’t mind the wait for a table. Due to the holiday there were larger parties that stayed longer. It was a holiday and time to visit family. No problem. I had more time to drink my glass of wine.

I’m fairly new to the area but had been to Bonefish in South Florida. My uncle was taking me out for my birthday, and I suggested Bonefish.
I tried 2 things I’ve never had there, the crab cakes and stuffed cod. Both are absolutely delicious!
The staff are wonderful! We were lucky enough to get Trevor and his younger sister Gwendelyn.
We really enjoyed the food and had a few laughs while we were there .

We have enjoyed Bonefish Grill for many years. Traditionally, the food is very good, with excellent quality and a consistently enjoyable atmosphere. We often choose to have dinner in the bar or lounge area, which we especially enjoy. The bar staff is typically very good and attentive.
On occasion, service can be slow or inconsistent, largely depending on the individual server, but overall our experiences have been positive. Our main concerns are with pricing and menu variety. Entrée prices seem high and continue to increase beyond what feels expected. The menu could benefit from more choices or periodic updates, as steak options are limited and priced high for the selection offered. Additionally, vegetable and side options are somewhat limited.
Overall, we still recommend Bonefish Grill for its quality food, inviting atmosphere, and enjoyable bar experience, especially for a relaxed dinner or evening out.

I thought the food was very basic tasting. My lobster stuffed shrimp was like a frozen entree. Dads shrimp & scallops waa ok. Moms sea bass was very good. The bang bang shrimp was not very banging. The best part was the bread dipping sauce and our excellent waitress.

Bonefish Grill was an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was absolutely 5 stars it was elegant, rich, and very inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. The service was also 5 stars, and the food was outstanding. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly.
A special shoutout to our server, Crystal Walker, who truly elevated our visit. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire meal. She also recommended dishes that were really good, and her suggestions were spot on. Her menu knowledge and warm personality made us feel very welcomed.
Overall, Bonefish Grill exceeded expectations in every way. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!
