Last night was my first experience-I found the service to be very courteous-Noise level a little loud but totally doable.
Food was good–But there seems to be a problem with communication between the servers and the kitchen–Ordered one dish with out the side dish and it was put on the place. Ordered a 2nd dish with sauce on the side. When served it was on the top of the fish–It was taken back to the kitchen and same plate brought back with the sauce just scraped off (you could tell). The fish had a good taste and flavor but on the dry side–I wasn’t going to complain again–I just ate it- Would I go again, yes, but on a Saturday night. Kitchen needs to be aware of the way dishes go out–

Pretty good place… parents rave about boom boom shrimp (not sure thats what its called). I’ve been there once for drinks and apps, and had a good time. Have a nice little outdoor seating area which was fun. I’d say its a good restaurant overall and def a place to try at least once.

I eat at Bonefish Grill a lot! I love the food and the service is top notch!
I am the member of a networking group, The Business Circle meets every Thursday morning at 7am. Our servers, Mark and Kristin come into Bonefish bright and early every week just to serve us breakfast and they do it with a smile! I speak for the entire group when I say we could not be more satisfied with the personalized service we receive every week. Mark and Kristin remember our regular orders, they are quick to greet us, take our orders and most importantly they are always on top of the coffee refills! Most impressively, they are pleasant and friendly, which is so refreshing for such early morning service.
Last week our group hosted a happy hour gathering from 6-8pm at Bonefish (in Nanuet) instead of our usual breakfast. April served all 25 of us and she was on point! She was quick to greet new comers and take their drink order. She was great about replenishing appetizers and she was attentive to drink refills.
It’s so nice to know we can rely on Bonefish Grill in Nanuet to provide us with great service regardless of what kind of event we are hosting.
Kaira and her staff are very active in giving back to the community and as someone who has grown up in Rockland and is now starting a family here, I personally am appreciative.
