Caroline the red head made sure to make my experience here always a 10/10. she’s always very accompanying and always so welcoming. she was extremely attentive the entire time, food came out quick and was excellent!! she had such a welcoming smile and was always always making sure we had everything we need. Also abraham and louis adding an even better touch behind the bar with their talent. i came back already three times this week and made sure she was my server and will continue that way.

Many thanks to Chef Luis and our server Duban! The Omakase experience was so delicious and at a great value compared to other Omakases in Miami. It is very hard to pick a favorite nigiri, the rice was delicious and the fish was fresh and perfectly complimented with the sauces, caviar, veggies, etc etc. Do not skip on the fried rice, they are all delicious, specially the spicy tuna and the salmon! But the avocado is also really nice to reset the palate! Lastly, I have to compliment the matcha cheesecake, which was just sublime. It’s one of those perfectly balanced, not too sweet but still tasty! It’s a great spot for anyone in the area, fear not, this is a easy recommendation.

Bondi sushi was an awesome experience for me and brownie . Wow highly recommend coming in during weeknights after happy hour! Got treated like a vip haha . Food was 10/10 I still dream of the seared toro yummy. The sake was so tasty and as for my to-go order the chicken was so crispy and juicy inside with their sauce on the side. Even my dog brownie got to try some rice. Pet friendly is very important for me . Not only was the service above and beyond , the atmosphere and the energy of the staff everyone was very friendly . I can’t wait to return, and bring my friends along. Thank you Duban and sushi chefs for the best sushi experience!

The food and experience was really awesome. The location has a few outdoor tables and only one table inside, the rest is bar seating where you can see the chef make the items you’ve ordered with lots of attention to detail and care. As we received our food he made sure to tell us what everything was. The prices are also very good for the area and quality. We will gladly be back soon to try other items. The only downside to the atmosphere is that the music was quite loud from the DJ outside, almost like a club more than a sushi bar, and echoed inside any time the door was opened.

Caroline the red headed server was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! She’s vibrant, kind, professional, consistent, and a complete asset to this restaurant. Me and my sister love Bondi and have made it a tradition to revisit Bondi multiple times and she is one of the biggest reasons we do so. I had an amazing experience at bondi , Byron was the chef preparing my sushi right in front of me, and watching him work was both mesmerizing and impressive. His attention to detail, precision, and creativity made each piece a true work of art—and the flavors were just as incredible. You can tell he takes great pride in his craft.
Marco, the manager, also made the experience even better. He was attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything on the floor ran smoothly. From making sure my water was refilled to checking in with genuine care, he went above and beyond.

Bondi Midtown is the best location. The sushi chefs work quickly and are very knowledgeable. Duban is the best server he is extremely charismatic and makes amazing recommendations. We come here just for him! Bondi has the best quality ingredients for a really amazing price! I love it here <3
