We had a fantastic experience Juan Esteban prepared each sushi piece with so much care and walked us through every topping and flavor as he worked, which made the whole meal feel thoughtful and unique. Manny was equally impressive, friendly, and always anticipating what we needed without ever interrupting the flow of our dinner. Their service made the night truly memorable!

The food was outstanding. We had a bunch of stuff I forget to take pictures of everything it was so good lol ! Every roll and dish was thoughtfully crafted, full of flavor, and beautifully balanced. You can truly taste the passion behind each creation. Watching the team make and cut the sushi right in front of you adds to the experience. The precision, skill, and artistry are impressive and make the meal feel special.

Best experience ever in Japanese restaurants! We went there to celebrate our anniversary and the chef Juan Esteban was the most cordial, highly professional sushi-man we ever experienced. He carefully explained every step of the menu, the execution was spectacular and quality of the food was amazing! Very fresh and savory! Definitely we will be back!!!
