Went on a Monday. Had a $1 dollar per wing order as they have a Monday/tuesday deal. Great deal, there was also an extra 1-2 wing than we ordered. It wasn’t as crispy as some other bonchon but the deal is too great to pass up for that price. We even got to try some other favors we normally don’t get as with the 1$ deal you don’t need to order a minimum of 6 wings or anything so good to try other favors. I would give it a 4 star, but the price to taste ratio for $1 a wing bring it to 5 stars

Saddest chicken I’ve ever had. Ordered 6 boneless chicken and this is what I got. Doesn’t even taste good.

Welcoming workers, although some could smile. The food was tasty/satisfying and not as greasy as I would expect from fast food. The chicken was crunchy (BBQ sauce was added on the side, although it was too spicy for me). The donut had the perfect sweet, buttery, cinnamon flavor, and the fries were slightly battered before frying. Overall, satisfied; the cook was nice and displayed good hygiene (washed hands and changed gloves a few times as he prepared the food). I guess it’s to be expected—this location has an open kitchen where visitors can see what’s going on.

Japchae is one of my favorite Korean dishes. It was made very well. Definitely enjoyed it. Family enjoyed the crunchy, saucy wings and donuts. Definitely worth it you have the taste for something good and different!!

The chicken was good. But they were out of some stuff and the place was a little dirty. Not many staff are working so I understand. If you eat in they box everything up and bag it so it feels weird. The radishes weren’t pickled either.

We arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday, and the service was awful from the start. The register lady was rude and told us to leave 45 minutes before closing. When we finally got our food, my cousin asked for a plate, and she snapped that they don’t provide plates, and it didn’t matter anyway because we only had 6 minutes left to eat. What really upset me, though, was how she saw us come in, ordered a lot of food, and then, as we were eating, told us to pack up and leave. She even threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. On top of all that, the bathrooms were filthy—there were pubes on the seat. The food itself was bland, with no discernible flavor, and the chicken was undercooked. My family has been eating at Bonchon for years, but this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. What really blew my family was this lady proceeded to be rude and jokingly said to my cousin, “I hope you come back” like what? After you knew we were unhappy with everything? Images below provide the store hours, stating they closed at 9 and they kicked us out at 8:20 ish. Our receipt to when we ordered our food (cousins order), and the rude lady w/ the blonde braids.

This use to be a nice restaurant. What happened to the Asian people that owned it? Me and my cousins went in a Saturday. Please change your gloves when you make food .People can get sick like that. Whoever the owner is needs to have a safety meeting !!
However the food wasn’t bad. Just practice fiid safety. People spend money to eat not get sick. And wear a hat net

I hate to say this, but this was the most disguising experience that I have ever had at a restaurant. I went to the Towson location with my mother after picking out my father’s funeral clothing. I told her that this was the best chicken I have ever had so she was eager to try it. I have never eaten in a Bonchon in person. Now I regret it. The food and service were ok, however, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. My mother and I both used the bathroom before eating. I went first and I wanted to throw up. The bathroom looked as if it wasn’t cleaned for a whole week or two. Toilet was disguising and trash can was spilling over onto the floor. I wish I took a picture, but the bathroom was absolutely trashed. Like someone had a college party there. I lost my appetite before I even received my food. My mother used the bathroom after me and I had to give her FULL DISCLOSURE. I told her not look at the toilet nor the trash can and go straight to the sink to wash her hands. This is not ok. I am writing this review a month later which shows how traumatized I was by the way this business runs….. Pick another location!!!!!!

We ordered $65 worth of food for dinner and the strips were half fried with barely any sauce and the Korean donuts were plain with no cinnamon sugar or icing.. pretty standard order not sure how you could mess that up
