My families ordered food from here at least once per week, we always used curbside pickup. I went to pick up my order as usual today. I gave them a call when I got there and told them curbside pickup for Hazel please. The lady who picked up my phone asked me the phone number, I gave her. After about 20sec silence, she hung up on me. I made another call, I told the lady curbside pickup for Hazel again.The lady asked me to spell my name. I did. Then the lady asked, what would you like to order? I said, I am calling for curbside pickup. She answered, then you should tell me you wanted to pick up. I said, I told you many times. She answered, No No No you didn’t tell me, and if you want to pick up the order, you have to come inside the restaurant. I asked her, what does curbside pickup mean? She answered, I had to asked my manager.

Ordered via GrubHub. The chicken katsu, mandu, and kimchi tasted exactly as I had in Korea. Kimchi wasn’t to my liking (sweeter than spicy) but was no different than any restaurant in Seoul.

Total bill $68. Bibimbap with bulgogi was delicious. Not sure if the lettuce was washed good, CRUNCHED on SAND while eating the bibimbap . TheBOTTOM layer of bibimbap was all rice, don’t be fooled because it looks filled to the top. The 16 piece wings . Two sides of kimchi- one of the two was half full. The Kim chi has more of a fire/hot spicy flavor. Rather small portions of rice / 2 sides orders.

One of my favorite places to eat of all time! The amount of man hours I spent inside a bonchon trying out all the different items is concerning. Would highly recommend this location as this is in a nice spot and you can do a lot after you get food!

In the past three months me and friends have dined in and ordered take out. Both times the food was hot, well seasoned and delicious. Staff were efficient, and the restaurant was clean. Parking can be a challenge on busy nights but the food is worth it!

Still great chicken. Salad was fresh and tasty. Tons of cars parked in its parking lot so we picked up our food. Pricey but soooo good and crispy.

If you order take out food make sure to doble check you order before you leave the restaurant . I always have missing items and for them to make a money return for the items is a pain in the behind. They asked me to send email with pictures. I call them again to make sure the receive it, they pass me from one person to another. And they treat like you where the one who made the mistake. An hour after I call and send the email, they asked me to take the food back. It happened several time the missing items issue. I’m done with this place

Food is awesomely delicious, I got a big order of soy garlic wings because we are a big family plus the chicken is good. Customer service is good, having enthusiastic staff would make you feel more welcoming.
