I had lunch here today. The server suggested Japchae as a traditional Korean dish and it was good. It’s a dish with glass noodles, red bell peppers, carrots, onions, spinach and mushrooms as described by menu though the noodles dominate the dish. The menu provides the calories for dishes and I was a little surprised there were as many as there were as I didn’t get that super full feeling that usually comes with eating noodles. I intend to go back for the wings sometime.

Bonchon never disappoints!
The chicken here is perfectly crispy and flavorful, with sauces that hit the right balance of sweet, spicy, and savory. I tried a few different flavors and all were excellent.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean with a nice atmosphere. Definitely one of the best spots in Charlotte for Korean fried chicken!

My bf and i went to this spot on a whim just to try something new (we were headed to the Colombian spot next door) and we loved it. We recently made the drive to go again bc it was that damn good

First time eating here with picky kids and we all LOVED It. Everything was fresh, service was fast. The bubble tea tasted way better than most places in the area that use cheap flavor powders. The tapioca pearls was so soft and fresh. Will definitely come back to eat here again!

I had such an amazing experience at BonChon!
I ordered the Korean corn dog and bulgogi fries, and wow… they were absolutely delicious. The flavors were so perfectly balance and every bite was so satisfying.
The corn dog was crispy on the outside with that fun cheesy pull, and the bulgogi fries were loaded with savory goodness.
Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Mmmm! Delicious! Chicken was crazy crispy and super moist and flavorful! I got it to-go, but Bonchon’s interior was nice and inviting.

While the food is good, the service is questionable at best. I ordered for pick up. Upon arrival I waited to get helped and there were only 2 people in the restaurant. The person who gave me my food didn’t say hi or welcome in, barked at me about silverware, and when they handed me my food I said “thank you,” she ignored me and said nothing. It was VERY rude. She proceeded to speak to the other patron that walked in after me. She was very rude. Customer service is big to me.
