The picture is for size comparison. There’s no way this was 11$!!!! I basically got served a slider, the picture online was definitely comparable to a Popeyes chicken sandwich. This is the size of a quarter. Just buy chicken instead of the sandwich. Sad portions of food.

I consider myself a Korean fried chicken connoisseur, and can safely say that this is the WORST Korean fried chicken that I have ever had by miles. This was dry, flavorless, and took FORTY MINUTES to come out. We ordered the LARGE meals (although this was anything but large)and they had NO FRENCH FRIES. I had to ask for them to include coleslaw as they didn’t originally give us that either. They charged us over $40 for this disgrace. I was genuinely speechless at the state of this place. No idea how their franchise has not been revoked yet. I will not ever waste my time or money at Bonchon again.

Paid $31 for 24 boneless tenders, it’s hard to scale but half of these pieces are popcorn size, with hardly any chicken in them, and slightly salty. Out of the 24 pieces, maybe 12 were decent. Fix your portions, prices, or both :/

Used to love this restaurant for long time since 2016 , but since then your restaurant quality is gone down to hell tbh the rice always under cooked and tasteless, the kimchi is old , vegetables are not fresh, beverages not chilled, and service is gone down, if the owner see this please do something about your business, I love the way you serve like back then before

If you are planning on eating here, try to call in advance for your food or else you’ll end up waiting 30+ minutes for your food. We ordered two chicken bibimbaps and took about 40 minutes. While the food was edible, a warning would have appreciated of the wait time. Other than that, the atmosphere, decor, and customer service can be much better. Not a bad place to eat, however, the experience eating here isn’t very pleasant.

Placed an order for pickup. Food was ready for when I arrived which is great. For one of the items, Fried Rice with Chicken and ~$2 extra chicken, the bowl was almost $16, for that price I expected a big bowl or even overfilled. To my disappointment it was a very small portion for the price and even the 10pc wings are pricey. Better off buying this cuisine from a small business instead of this franchise which has clearly prioritized profits.

Food was delicious and made to order, sauces were fresh and the chicken was good quality. I also had the bulgolgi fries and the beef was of top quality and fries were fried to perfection and had just the perfect amount of crunch with a soft airy middle. Highly recommend and will be coming here again.

Bonchon, can you please tell me where the rest of my food order is? We ordered a K-Meal To-Go for 6-8, and our chicken was fine, but side orders were only half full. Just take a look at the pics. I don’t have any expectations that food needs to spill out of the containers, but when it’s not even remotely close to being full, it leaves you with a really poor impression. This meal was $80, and you’re ripping people off. Please do better.

The girl at the front counter just walked out of the restaurant and a staff member from the kitchen had to step in.
Someone asked for a refund but the girl didn’t seem to know how to cancel and refund orders.
Manager is in the kitchen and is not acknowledging anyone.
Worst experience I ever had a restaurant honestly. I understand is the Super Bowl but I understand how they can be so unprepared.
I’m never coming back again to this restaurant.
