The manager was exceptionally pleasant and courteous from the moment I arrived. However, I found the pricing and food portions to be somewhat inconsistent. Some of the tenders were remarkably small, comparable to the size of a pinky finger. Additionally, the bun of the chicken sandwich was quite substantial, which unfortunately overshadowed the flavor of the chicken breast itself.

I’ve typically enjoyed my experiences with this franchise. The wing flavors are unmatched. However, I was disappointed in my last experience because I decided to purchase a drink from the bar. I asked for a bar menu and was informed one does not exist. I’m experience in ordering so I asked for a Long Island and a shot of patron thinking little of it. Only to presenting with a $43 bill for the drinks. Astonished the employee informed my tequila is protected behind glass in the liquor store so they charge more. Is this justified you choose. Myself, I’ll be choosing another restaurant with clear and transparent policies.

Best fried chicken and fries! Food is always fantastic! Service is always friendly and fast. We’ve ordered take out before for chicken but realize it is the best hot and fresh, right in the restaurant. It’s still good as takeout but you can’t beat a nice crunch when it’s hot! The menu is small but the food is delicious. We’ve tried just about everything here. They don’t have many sauces, if you’re a sauce lover or many GF options. However, still a great place to eat if you’re in the area.

We have been going here for a number of years and always enjoyed it. Then they changed they changed the soy-garlic on the fried chicken. It used to be tossed in the sauce so the entire piece of chicken had sauce on it. Now that they concentrated the sauce (I’m guessing to save money on shipping/transport?) they only drizzle it on the chicken. This makes it so the crust on the chicken is very dry and the soy-garlic flavor is hit or miss depending on the bite you take. This ruined it for us and everyone we know who has tried it since they changed it. And because they made it concentrated it is much too salty to toss the chicken in it. We’ve tried it several times and just don’t like it anymore. I’m not sure who did the taste testing on this new way of applying the sauce, but they must have been lying if they said it tastes better. Not one person I know likes it better … even the employees at the restaurant don’t like it. Please get corporate to wake up and change it back … I predict that you’ll go out of business if you don’t change it back

Best Korean Fried chicken in town. Great portion side, great sauce selection, I have the cucumber wasabi and it blew me away! The staff were very polite and very attentive (especially David!! ) ! 10/10 already ate here 3 times since the W Broad closed!

Dave was our server and made our first experience, just that, an unforgettable memory. We had the Korean 9piece mixed wings with their soy garlic sauce & the sweet n spicy one, which is not so spicy. Soo yummmy. We also has the Japchae, which was . I wish I had pictures of the food served, but we were so hungry and it all tasted phenomenal!!! Dave it was a pleasure talking to you and thank you for talking us thru the menu. We will definitely visit soon again.

We love this place!!!!! The chicken is absolutely amazing! Amazing flavor and awesome crunch!! Totally worth the money! The guy that runs the place is really nice and friendly to my family and remembers us, that alone stands out to me!! Everyone that works there is always so cheerful and nice!! Definitely recommend!!!

I travel into town for business on the occasion. I am also fortunate to visit with family and friends local to the area. This is my go-to spot. I have to stop in on my way in and my out. The potstickers and chicken are both cooked the perfect crispiness. The spicy flavor is a solid heat meets a genuinely delicious sauce. Thank you David and the rest of the staff. Always solid food and top notch customer service.

We rarely order here since the W Broad location closed. However, my route does sometimes bring me to this area. I will on occasion order takeout for my family.
An order of 30 wings is now $50. For whatever reason. My pickled radish was placed into a clear container with a crack on the bottom. By the time I reached home. The liquid had leaked out. It soaked the box with the soy garlic wings. And unfortunately, it saturated the bottom layer of my wings.
