Disappointing. The sandwich was literally just a brochure bun with a piece of chicken, no coleslaw like the menu said. The chicken was overcooked and dry.
The zucchini was also overcooked and burnt. I didn’t get the spicy mayo that came with and had to ask for it.
Definitely not coming back.

I’m not sure if this location changed ownership or something because it was always good but the last two times I went it’s completely empty and dirty and my food has not been good , I get my food today and it finally convinced me never to return , After the first couple bites I realized the chicken tasted terrible. So as I was picking out the chicken to not eat it, I realized there was 6-7 pieces of long hair in my rice. Disgusting

Ordered a 6 wing and 3 drumstick combo to only receive 5 drumsticks which were undercooked and pretty flavorless. Pretty disappointed i didnt get what i paid for and what i did get wasnt enjoyable. The fries were soggy and lacked any salt or flavor. Workers were nice but everything else was terrible.

This is my first time here at this Korean fried chicken joint Bonchon ordered the chicken strips with soy sauce and garlic and fries. The sauces were cucumber, wasabi, and spicy mayo. The fries are awesome. Some of the best fries I’ve ever had and the chicken also outstanding they give you plenty of food for the order. The price wasn’t too bad roughly $25 for the chicken fries and two drinks but it did taste fantastic. We’ll come here again definitely.

They got everything wrong. I ordered boneless wings and got mini chicken poppers. Ordered a Coke, got a Diet Coke instead. Ordered kimchi and got watered down cabbage. So disappointed because I know other Bonchons aren’t like this. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

3. Nuggets were cold.
4. Strips tasted like they were fried in reused oil.

Be aware this place should be CLOSED! This place is not the same. I don’t know if management changed but this place is not the same place it was a few years ago.The facility is no longer maintained nor kept clean. The restaurant seems abandoned, the kitchen door window is covered with a cardboard and glass which is a RED FLAG because it wasn’t like that before. This restaurant didn’t smell like fresh cooked food instead it smelled like the residue of old oil: The smell of a dirty kitchen when is closed and the drink refrigerator was completely empty which should of all been warning signs to me. TO NOT BUY HERE! But my mistake was that I ignored it. I order dinner for my family at 6pm for pick up. The wait was an 1 hour which I was ok with expecting fresh hot food. No one was in the counter. Instead there was a few man Chatting and hanging out in the kitchen. The wings I order was like triple re-fried not hot and tasted old. I had to stop eating at the first bite. The quality of the food has diminished tremendously compared to previous times I’ve order. For the price of the food I would expect the minimum quality of the food to be freshly cooked and not old refried. This is my last time ordering from Bonchon. Unfortunately, Bonchon you’ve lost a loyal customer. Bonchon if you truly care about your customers do better for them because after all there the ones who support your business. I hope you do better for your future customer’s and if you can’t you should definitely consider closing down.

Service was HORRIBLE! I ordered the soup and house special fried rice. The soup smelled like fish, and the rice looked like it was half eaten. It took over 40 minutes, just for me to get my food. Last time I step foot in this place.
