This is officially my new favorite spot in Flower Mound! I absolutely love the chicken , it’s always crispy and flavorful. The soy garlic and yangnyeom are my favorites. The corn is also amazing and honestly one of my favorite sides.
I’ve been coming here really often since it opened, and it never disappoints. The staff is always very nice and welcoming.

Tried Bonchon for the first time and I’m lowkey obsessed. The chicken was crispy like actually CRISPY and the flavor?? insane (sweet, savory, a little kick). Everything tasted fresh and the vibe was nice too. Easily a new favorite spot.

Was a great experience and great food at this location. The managers were all very professional, friendly, and welcoming. I loved how nice the manager was who checked on us several times. He was very friendly and kind. It was probably the best food service I’ve recieved and I also loved their wings. Everyone was welcoming and had a great attitude. The management team was extremely helpful and friendly as they answered any questions I had. Food came out delicious

Th attitude of manager name Sunny will kill the local business. Placed online order from their website for delivery. As soon as I saw the expected delivery time being an hour, I called to cancel the order. The manager of the Flower Mound location confirmed that food is being picked up at the time I called, but an hour and half still no delivery. I had to call again just to hear that the food is still not being picked up. I understand unexpected events could happen but the manager’s rude attitude and unapologetically tone just lost a local business from me and my friends. Not sure if he will really refund the order. I ll provide update soon.

The food is good. Have had bonchon in PA, AZ, and two locations here. The soy garlic is the way to go. Korean BBQ sauce for the chicken was just okay. It had a slight kick which was nice but overall, nothing special in flavor. Also got the bulgogi fries which tasted good, but for 15+ dollars, it’s a really sad portion size. I’ve gotten bulgogi fries from other locations with a fried egg and it’s still only ten dollars. And bigger portion. Feel like we’re just being upcharged because it’s Bonchon.

I’m going to start by saying that my server was very sweet and doing her best in her role. The food was decent. What upsets me is the way either the owner or manager (not sure of his role) treats and speaks to his employees.we were seatedtt right next to him as he was conducting office work and the employees constantly had to go to him for help. As patrons sitting next to him, he is very demeaning and rude to them to put it nicely. I understand that this place is newly open and working out the kinks, but I would think that management would be cognizant of that and understand that people are trying their best as they learn how to work there. There is a way to speak to people you manage and he is not it. Kindness goes a long way buddy. Based off of this, I will not return to this Bonchon location, because I refuse to boost his sales.
