Reviews
The chicken, which used to be crispy, juicy, and fresh, came out dry, chewy, and clearly not freshly made. The seasoned fries were even worse. They used to be amazing, garlicky, with real parmesan. Now they taste and smell like dirty feet with some weird yellow cheese dumped on top. Absolutely ridiculous for $11.99!
The restaurant itself is dirty, and the server never once came to check on how our food was. The new kiosk system only adds to the frustration it’s confusing and makes the service feel even more disconnected.
We are extremely disappointed. We wasted our time and money coming here, all because it used to be good. Sadly, after this experience, we won’t be coming back.
The chicken is super crispy, juicy, and full of flavor with the perfect Korean sauce Service is fast and friendly, and everything comes out fresh. Definitely a great spot when you’re craving Korean fried chicken! ✨
We walked in no tables were set up the chairs were up on the booth seats. The guy said nobody was here yet to set upnthe dinning room. Then we had to order on a kiosk What? No wait staff either? We noticed the prices have gone up significantly just for two of us it was $50 why would I pay that for bad service and only 6 prices of chicken. We basically had to serve ourselves. The only thing we didnt have to do was cook it. We are very disappointed. We look forward to coming here at least once a month.
Its one thing to save money but not at the expense of your customers. We won’t be back
GOOD: Service was good, potstickers were tasty
BAD: Price paid for the quality, tacos were not as expected and mehh, street corn just tasted boiled.
I wanted to like Bonchon. I was at Centennial Park and figured give it a try. I can get great chicken wings in several spots, so I wanted to try something more uniquely “Korean.” I should have followed the masses and got wings or bullogi (sp) fries.
I was hoping the street corn with the mayo would be creamy and unique – after the first bite it tasted like corn you’d boil at home.
The tacos were okay – I ordered “fried chicken” expected a good crunch, like a chicken tender, no such luck. It tasted bland with no fry crunch at all. They also needed better draining. Every bite yielded a leaky mess.
The star of the show was the pot stickers – the sauce stood out but another item I can get for less.
Overall, I left spending 37.00 unsatisfied. If I returned, I’d stick to wings or the chicken sandwich, but competition is top notch for that at better prices.
The chicken tenders are leathery and too salty. Last time I ordered salt literally came off on my fingers.
The chicken wings are edible but the worst example in the area. Try BBQ chicken or kokee tea for a much better experience.
