01/10/2025: Took my kids here for dinner around 6 p.m. Got the medium sized mixed chicken with 1/2 yangyam and 1/2 spicy. Also ordered onion rings and their new omurice. Chicken has that crunch thats so good. Onion rings…rip off. 8 rings for $7.99. Rather get the Bloomin Onion from Outback for a few buck more. The omurice is not impressive. Its basically fried rice with a fried egg on top. Quite insulting for an omurice. Server was very attentive, polite, and professional. Its rare to get service like her. Very happy with her. Parking sucks in Durbin Crossing on Saturday nights.

Good food and great atmosphere! The dishes were fresh and flavorful. Friendly staff and quick service made the experience even better. Prices are reasonable.

Was just told by the hostess at 845pm that I could only order to go, that they stop sitting people at 815pm becuase they close at 930pm. Door operating hours show closes at 10pm. Not allowing customers to sit down for a meal one hour and fortyfive minutes prior to posted operating hours is rude by any standards (I could understand 15 or 30 minutes). Even if they close at 930pm, thats over one hour prior to closing, it doesn’t take one hour to fried couple of wings and munch’em down. Some peoole prefer eat fresh while hot and crispy. Went across the parking lot to Kinya Ramen instead, they provide proper service right until closing.

As a late lunch/ snack, it was not bad. The restaurant was almost empty. Our server was very attentive.
We got a wing/drum combo with half dry rub and half sauce, and the flavors were great. I preferred wings to drums because of the meat/crunch/flavor ratio.
We also got bulgogi fries. They were very good, but I feel like there could have been more meat. It was a little disappointing that they were out of Korean hotdogs.

It was all well, food was fine just unseasoned. Found a LONG hair tangled into my rice. Service was fine, could be better. I’d say price was reasonable because you’d think the food you were to get would NOT look like the exact picture it does on the menu, but it did! Compliments to chef besides him/her being scared of seasoning and adding a little piece of him/her.

Came here tonight after really craving Bonchon. The posted closing time is 10:00 PM and I arrived around 9:35. When I walked in, I was told they were only accepting to-go orders.
If dine-in service ends earlier than closing, that needs to be clearly posted online and at the door. It was frustrating to make the trip expecting to eat in, only to be turned away despite arriving well before closing.
I ended up going to Mellow Mushroom in the same plaza, where the staff was more than happy to serve me and appreciate my business. Unfortunately, Bonchon’s lack of communication cost them a customer tonight.

We always have a good experience when we come eat here. The food is always HOT and fresh. Delicious every time as well. We have yet to have a bad experience. The service is not only quick but also very tentative with refills, which is great! It’s great to stop by and eat before a movie or after. Definitely give it a try! The pork buns are delicious! (as you can see from the pic, we eat two before we remember to take a picture). And if you get fries or zucchini fries, get the seasoned ones, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful experience! Quite literally the very best wings and fried chicken I have EVER eaten. I love a crisp skin, this was perfectly cooked. Not chewy at all! Very light coating packed with flavor. The spicy is spicy! The sweet was my absolute favorite. The coleslaw is AWESOME. Excellent customer service, very friendly. A new restaurant, so I hope this place maintains its level of quality in both food and service. Great seating options. Wonderful bar. Amazing chicken. We will be back! Great addition to the new plaza.

Nicole was a great server, she knew the menu had great recommendations and took care of me so well. The place has ample parking and a great open area feel inside. The athmosphere is friendly. I normally don’t eat my myself much, but didn’t feel odd at all. The chicken was great, it’s an experience for sure. I love spicey foods, they do mean spicy when they say spicy, but it wasn’t bad at all. Delicious. The Takoyaki was good, i will try them again at other places. The seasoned fries at a $3 upcharge are good, but not worth the $3 in my opinion. Overall the chicken crispiness is awesome, the flavor is okay, it’s all in the breading. Great place would go again, next time i would try the bibimbap or the bulgogi.
