New location just discovered bon chon chicken here now I don’t have to travel to Queens or Manhattan for great Korean food! Service was quick and food was excellent!!! Two japchaes to go today!!! Delicious with bulgogi beef (thin strips of beef). Thank you Angie at the register and the male chef (sorry didn’t get his name) creating this dish in the back. It is exactly how it would taste in an authentic Korean restaurant. ❤️Got the app for my future orders now. Hope they bring back the non spicy teokkboki and stir fry udon on the menu that was a brief seasonal item. Portion size was good. Can’t wait to come back for some wings!!! Thanks!!

Saddest bibimbap I’ve ever had. The veggies were all old, especially the carrots which are supposed to be pickled. Honestly par for the course since most Asian food on Long Island is a miss, but I was very disappointed in everything.
Not pictured but the radish tasted disgusting, it just tasted like radish dipped in water, not pickled either. Their soda fountain was broken or something because everything tasted gross and watered down.
Food was way too expensive for what it was. The chicken was the only thing that was fine but it wasn’t even that good. The deal was not bad but overall waste of money.
I don’t blame the staff at all, but there’s a playground smell that might be due to the gym on the side.
If you are looking for Korean fried chicken just go to bb.q chicken in Koreatown tbh.

Corn dog was crispy, Japchar was DELICIOUS. So much flavor! Wings are nice and sticky and spicy. Can’t wait to come back and try more.

Really good fried chicken — and the wings are huge haha, I feel like the Large mixed portion (drumsticks + wings) could feed three people if you also got a side. Chicken is crispy, tender, well-fried and well-seasoned. We really liked the Soy Garlic and Yangmyeon sauces. Also, the bulgogi fries are great! Kind of hard to take an appetizing picture but trust me, they’re very good. (And indulgent.)

Great little eat-in/ take-out spot when you’re in the mood for a taste of Korean. Food is prepared to order and very fresh. Seoul sampler is the way to go, which includes bulgogi loaded fries that are delicious. Portions are ample and filling. Menu has lots of options to come back and try different items every time. The place is very well-maintained and clean and above all, every staff member that has helped me over my visits has been nothing but kind-spirited, which is rare. Big up to David, who really goes above and beyond

My daughter was so excited to try bonchon for the first time. What a disappointment. Chicken was so dry, it was like they threw chicken back in the fryer that was already cooked. Everyone took one bite and it went in the garbabge. Terrible. Coleslaw tasted like cabbage from a plastic bag, it was wet but flavorless. Horrible. Even the Dr. Pepper was tasteless. Idk how you mess up soda from a fountain. Fries were the only part that was good. Thats why I gave them two stars. Not worth 29 dollars. Would not recommend

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Ordered online and food was ready when I got there. A friendly worker handed it to me and I was on my way. Chicken was 10/10. Crunchy, not too greasy, not too saucy, very flavorful. Really enjoyed the yangnyeom flavor, soy garlic was great as well. Will definitely be coming back to try more.

The food was delicious and hot when received. They give you a lot of fries with your meal. We were also offered an opportunity to try the Korean Donuts which were also great. My hope is that this franchise across all locations would allow fried rice as a side.

We decided to try this newly opened restaurant. I called to place an order, but they do not take orders over the phone (per Corporate rules,) only online. And the online App was not up and running yet. Located in a small storefront, in an extremely small & busy side parking lot. The restaurant was very busy!!! There are approximately 10-12 tables for eating in. The line to order was out the door, and remained that way, with only 1 counter person taking orders, which was frustrating during Grand Opening days. The food orders go through a kitchen window and there is someone expediting the orders out. I don’t think it’s a great system, fairly chaotic, and once online orders get rolling, and possibly delivery services, I cannot imagine it working efficiently. We ordered a bunch of things to try. The Udon Noodle Soup wasn’t great. The broth looked like soy sauce and the noodles didn’t have a pleasant flavor. Beef bulgogi was excellent. Great flavor, the meat was tender. Pork belly fried rice was mediocre. Some of the rice was in sticky clumps and still white. The wings (we had soy garlic sauce) were excellent. Delicious crunch and decent sized wings. The Boneless Wings (we had Korean BBQ sauce) were also very good. Again, a nice crunch, and a nice meaty piece of chicken. The sauce was very spicy. Lastly, we had the pork pot stickers. They were excellent, with a nice outside crunch, but tender inside. We thought the portions were small, (between pint and quart sized portions,) and it was quite pricey. Customer service was good amid the craziness and still clearly learning, which was expected.

Tried Bonchon at Centereach Mall and the food was excellent. We ordered the 20-piece boneless, half Soy Garlic and half Yangnyeom, with pickled radish on the side, crispy, flavorful, and exactly what you want from Korean fried chicken. Everything came out fresh and hot, and the sauces were on point.
Shout-out to our server Angelina, she was very attentive, friendly, and made the experience smooth from start to finish.
Only small note: it would be even better if the atmosphere leaned more Korean. Korean music (full Korean not with English) in the background and decor that reflects Korean culture would really elevate the vibe, especially since some of the current decor (like Hello Kitty and Godzilla) is Japanese.
Overall, great food, great service, and definitely a spot we’ll come back to.
