I try this time the Kimchi bacon Stirfry Udon and was absolutely delicious. I have tried many time fried wings and drumsticks and is always crunchy and always fresh! Great service and portions!

This place is EXCELLENT!
Their chicken is super crispy (it literally crunches as you eat it) but it’s also super moist. It’s seriously delicious!
Since I can’t handle any spice I get their soy fried chicken with fried rice (no bell peppers) and it’s always amazing.
And their server is on point! Couldn’t ask for a better dining experience. 😀

I’ve been going to this branch for several years, but something quite concerning happened recently. My daughter and I were driving when I asked her to place an order for spicy wings. She did, paying with my card. When we went to pick it up, we didn’t bother to check what was in the box, only to realize it contained Korean BBQ wings.
I didn’t notice the mix-up until my kids mentioned the order was wrong—they had taken only 4 out of 24 wings. I called the store to ask for a correction, explaining I was allergic to Korean BBQ sauce. They told me I would need to come back in person to straighten it out.
So, I made a trip back to the store, using my own gas and time. I was disappointed when they told me they would just serve the wings with the spicy sauce on the side and insisted I take the Korean BBQ wings as they were. I pressed them to give me the correct order.
Eventually, they took the wings back to the kitchen, dipped the Korean BBQ-sauce-coated wings in spicy sauce, and returned them to me. Now I’m dealing with a reaction.
I’m very disappointed about the whole experience.

This place is pretty legit. I am Korean. Soy wings were very crispy and delicious. My boys loved them so much. Bulgogi and Bibimbop were great too. The price is reasonable. I would come here again.

Unfortunately, the food was not enjoyable, and I found a hair in my dish, which was very concerning. I am surprised at how great Bonchon is. Fried chicken is super crispy. I got plain to give it a true test and they were well seasoned and very crunchy. Flavors are great. I did not have anything I didn’t enjoy. Their coleslaw tastes very good compared to others fast food as well. I will get that each time.

We went to Bonchon after hearing about this Korean Fried Chicken franchise on CBS Sunday Morning. The food is delicious with so many choices. I had the 4 drums with Garlic Soy sauce and fries. My husband had a dish with 3 drums, fries and Korean donut. He had Korean BBQ on his drums.

What can I say. I love this place. There are so many great items on the menu. I got the strips with soy garlic and Bulldak. I learned a long time ago to ask for extra sauce in the strips. Super flavorful. The Bulldak is on fire! It is very spicy but so worth the pain. My head was sweating!

For Korean fried chicken, it’s hard to beat Bonchon. The chicken is fried hard and served very fresh. Best flavored breading of any chain, in my opinion. The sides are ok, though the radishes are a bit disappointing compared to other Korean restaurants. If you like fried chicken, are hungry, and can tolerate a little spice, this is the place to go.
