We ordered 12 pieces of boneless chicken, half soy-glazed and crunchy. The chicken wasn’t dry and tasted good. Also, we ordered their chicken fried rice with soy glazed; the rice was flavorful, and my toddler ate a lot.
They have everything to go, but you can still dine in, they provide plastic utensils and paper plates if you happen to sit there. They have small wipes too. The restaurant was clean. The plaza has many parking spaces available.

Love this double fried chicken in the soy garlic sauce fried to perfection. The fries seem to be battered as well which give them an excellent double crunch as well. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves chicken and especially loves fried chicken. The wings looks like they’ve gotten smaller sadly.

12.24.24 Edit: They fixed the strips so they have the good batter. They are no longer over processed chicken that you can buy at the grocery store. This is the only local location I will go to order Bonchon strips since the Natomas location still has the over processed ones. I’m happy they are using real chicken again. They aren’t the same size as the old ones, but they are still just as good.

I just ordered the chicken strips on Door dash and I was expecting them to be the thin Korean style breading. The ones I got seem like they are completely different or they used a different breading or bought frozen chicken strips that were pre breaded and just fried them up real quick? I don’t know what they did to this batch, but I am not happy with the thick chunky breading on them. I like the BonChon chicken strips because of the quality and thin crispy breading they use. Also the side of coleslaw is in a small dipping cup rather than it being a full side.
This is my first time buying from the Arden location and I don’t know if I want to order from there again if everything is going to be different than the Natomas location. Other than that they taste good and are juicy. Could use more sauce tho.

Now I must say I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. I loved the chicken, so flavorful it was like a party going on in my mouth!!! I got half and half flavors. I also had a side of Cole slaw which was pretty good as well. I added fries which was nice and crispy! I got the bulgogi tacos which I didn’t enjoy very much, I think it was just the meat. But overall really good chicken!!!

I used to love getting take out here but today I got a major blunder in my order. I specifically ordered their Chicken Bao Buns WITHOUT anything else EXCEPT their Katsu sauce. I didn’t bother checking my order afterwards (my mistake) since I never had an issue with them before, but when I checked my order at home, it had everything on it minus the katsu sauce.
I am v unhappy with how the order turned out, and hopefully this can be a gentle reminder to everyone to double check your orders before leaving. And to the servers, kindly make sure the order is correct as well. It would be terrible if someone was highly allergic to an ingredient that was mistakenly not omitted to their order even after requesting it to be removed.

It’s a Better KFC but $36 for 1 Drink, 3 tacos, and carne asada fries in a small plastic box is way to expensive.
Also don’t bother to fill out another survey from bonchon..their just not going to respond… company is just not quite there and will soon realize that mabey they should have listened to their paying customers..

So the only bad thing is it’s small inside and it’s so popular that it was a little wait for a table but the chicken wings and drum sticks are amazing! And the pickled radish is delicious! The servers were all nice and they server alcohol and it’s reasonbly priced, overall a great experience, had a great Valentine’s day here and I’ll definitely be back, love you BonChon!!!

I found a new favorite place to get chicken, it’s similar to Brandy fried chicken, idk maybe it is. The first time there I got spicy on my chicken strip combo and oh boy was it hot, and I have a very high tolerance for heat. I went back today because I couldn’t stop thinking about it and got soy garlic this time. Also amazing. They have those crisper fries which are the best!

I adore this chain. Both their soy garlic and spicy flavors are SO good. Their chicken always fried perfectly. And their fries are fricken heavenly. Comes with pickled radishes or slaw. The combo with 3 drums and 6 wings is $13 roughly. Tried their takoyaki and it were super hot and fresh, just like how you get em in Japan. Service was very friendly. We got beers, which were $5 a cup on tap. You have to wait a little long for the food to come out but you won’t be disappointed, promise.
In the past I’ve had their ddeobokki and it was also delicious, albeit super duper spicy. Would reccomend dining in at this location, as it is nicely ACed and has lots of natural bright light and high windows.
