Reviews
Everyone we spoke with was incredibly kind, the owner even explained everything on the menu since we’d never been here before. The server was very kind as well.
Food was delicious, we got the soy chicken and the honey lemon, they were both great and very crispy.
The Bimbinbap was also delicious, and I tried the peach milkis which I hadn’t tasted before, I’d recommend it.
Overall, great experience!
The fried chicken was some of the crispiest chicken I’ve had.
The kimchi jjigae was phenomenal.
The pistachio tea latte was genuinely one of the best drinks I’ve ever had.
The service was nice and friendly!
The environment was very cool and inducive to a fun time!
Will be back here again!
From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us with such warmth and kindness.
Food was absolutely phenomenal. Wings were next-level: perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Each bite was a crunchy and savory. My son ordered the jajangmyeon noodles, and that rich, velvety black bean sauce was pure magic, he practically licked the bowl clean.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this spot is a must-visit. Great vibes, incredible food, and the sweetest people running the place. We’ll definitely be back!
My son and I were visiting Williamsburg for the weekend and were excited to try Korean food in the area. After reading the positive reviews, we genuinely looked forward to eating here, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
We arrived early, hoping to beat the dinner rush. The restaurant was nearly empty, but no one greeted us or directed us. A staff member stood behind the counter looking down and not acknowledging us. There was a kiosk, so I assumed we were supposed to order there. As I was using it, the person behind the counter said something while still looking at the floor. I honestly thought he was on a Bluetooth call. He repeated himself louder, asking if we were dining in or taking out, still without making eye contact. When I said we were dining in, he simply told us to sit anywhere.
We sat down and waited. A few minutes later, another server dropped off menus without a single word and walked away. No greeting and no explanation. He simply placed them on the table and left.
Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, no one came back to take our order for several minutes. When our server finally arrived, I asked a few questions and ordered wings and bibimbap.
From that moment, it took almost 30 minutes for the first dish to come out. During that entire time, no one checked on us. We had no water and nothing on the table. My son eventually had to get up and ask for water. The server told him he’ll bring it, but then it took another five minutes for him to swing by.
When the food arrived, they brought chicken tenders instead of the wings I ordered. At that point we were hungry enough to overlook it, but the tenders were extremely dry and tasted like generic fast-food tenders. Meanwhile, the bibimbap never arrived. Since bibimbap is usually quick to assemble if ingredients are prepared, and because the first item was already wrong, I tried to flag the server down to confirm that it was still coming.
This was the moment that shocked us the most. As I was mid-sentence explaining the situation, the server simply turned around and walked away while I was still talking. No acknowledgment and no offer to check on the order. My son and I were stunned.
A few minutes later, someone who I believe was the owner came out to apologize for mixing up the order, but she disappeared again immediately. She came by one more time to offer kimchi and a side dish, but by then the entire experience had gone so poorly that we did not feel comfortable staying any longer. Neither of us could finish our food, and we decided to leave.
This experience was genuinely disheartening, especially since we were excited to support a Korean restaurant while traveling. Poor communication, long wait times, incorrect orders, and most importantly the dismissive attitude from the staff made the entire visit unpleasant.
I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback to heart, as the service we experienced made it impossible for us to enjoy our meal.
