We had the Nepali khana set at Bombay Kitchen Fine Indian & Hakka Chinese Cuisine, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were authentic and reminded us of home. Definitely one of the best Nepali meals we’ve had compared to many other places. The presentation was great, and the portion size was just right. The service was also friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.

Visited Bombay Kitchen in Guelph recently and had a decent experience overall. Parking is on the street, which wasn’t an issue during our visit. The restaurant is quite spacious, though it was nearly empty—maybe we just came at an odd time.

The service was the highlight—friendly, prompt, and very attentive. The place was clean, especially the wash area, and it seems well-suited for small gatherings or parties.

We tried the biriyani and noodles. The biriyani was decent, while the noodles were overly spicy for our taste. We also ordered chicken lollipop, but it felt a bit dry and underwhelming. Portion sizes were generous, which was a plus.

In all, it was a good experience, but not particularly memorable. After reading other glowing reviews, I can’t help but feel like I may have visited on an off day.

Would still consider giving it another shot.

The food was great, and the customer service was even better. We had a typical Nepali thali set, which was very good. Definitely recommend this to others.

The food took an hour to come despite there only being one other table of 4 in the restaurant (and we were only a table of 3). One of the dishes had a piece of hair in it. Bathrooms were very dirty and had no toilet paper. Young server which did not seem trained, seemed to be a son or nephew. The server kept touching there hair. Appeared there was only one person in the kitchen, also had no hair net. The food was okay but very small portions for the price. Our bill was supposed to be $90 but the young server put the wrong order in and we were charged $103. Even $90 was a lot considering we only ordered 5 dishes and an appetizer.

I was craving a truly authentic Indian /Nepalese taste—and I found it right here! The momo (dumplings) had that perfect flavor from Himalays -simply amazing! The chicken Manchurian and garlic naan were absolutely delicious too. Warm service and homely vibes made the whole experience even better. A must-visit for anyone who misses the taste of home!

Great customer service and food was delicious. I will give them 3.5 ⭐️ as they have lots of potential for 4 ⭐️ if they can pay a little more attention to salt balance. Even though they were so nice and changed the dish with respect, but the food Quailty lost it flavour. Over all it is a good place for some delicious Indian food in the area, good location and has patio and bar!

Visited Bombay Kitchen today because I was craving some real Nepali flavors, and wow, it hit the spot! The chicken momo was super juicy, but the achar was the real star — just how a perfect Nepali achar should be. We also had naan and rice with chicken curry and mutton curry, and both tasted so authentic, just like homemade food.
The place had such a nice and cozy vibe — quiet enough for family dining, and the décor had beautiful Nepali touches that made it feel warm and familiar. Staff were really kind, and the service was quick too.
Definitely coming back again! If you’re missing that true Nepali taste, this place is worth a visit ✨
