Came here for brunch and loved it — delicious chai made from scratch, and a great fusion menu with a mix of Indian and American brunch classics. I ordered the Sali Par Eidu and it was great. Also make sure to try the masala salt seasoning they have at the tables (a great addition with a little kick and a little salt).

The food was pathetic – all vegetarian and non-vegetarian options we ordered were terrible – not even close to how Indian food should taste. It was like the curries were prepared by mixing the ingredients (bad tasting tomato purée+ paneer/chicken + random spices ( they had no idea what spices to add )+ a ton of oil) all at once and heated together for 2-3 mins. As someone who knows the taste of Indian food, it was such a bad experience. We took four curries and were given three tiniest servings of rice with the curries; we asked the restaurant to add more boxes of rice(at least to match the number of curries), and to add to our disappointment, we were charged $4 each for the tiniest boxes of rice – not to forget the rice in all boxes was only half cooked; We ended up throwing it in the trash.

Came here one summer night with friends after a movie … it was wonderful! The food was incredibly tasty (we are all vegetarians) and the drinks were excellent, especially for the prices, which were significantly lower than many Vineyard spots. The atmosphere was relaxed with a Sox game playing over the bar. The owner came by to say hello — he was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a fabulous experience! Go before the word gets out!!

My husband and I and our two children went to this restaurant last Friday evening, and we had an amazing time!! My family and I are VERY big on “the customer experience”, and this was like no other!! The manager, Roger, and the bar tender, Mike, was incredible!! The food was cooked with love!! EVERYTHING WAS NEXT LEVEL DELICIOUS!!!! The atmosphere was very inviting and personable! They made us feel like we were VIPs all night long. It was like nothing we have ever experienced! We HIGHLY recommend!!!

Great unique spot on the vineyard! Drinks were frosty and the bartender was cool! You can only eat fried clams and lobster so much. Bombay is nice change up. Nice TV’s to watch the game as well

Bombay is the perfect example of the disastrous effects of the cultural appropriation of food. By far the worst food I’ve eaten and an insult to the Indian community and patrons expecting a decent Indian-American meal served with proper China and cutlery. Merely another privileged man benefiting through financial gain, obviously without any real knowledge, experience and appreciation of Indian and Indian American culture and cuisine, that I hope will close just as fast as it opened.

An authentic Indian delight! Bombay is an absolute gem. The food here is so good, I will be definitely back my next trip to Martha’s Vineyard.

Visited this place during Juneteenth 2023. We were a party of 5 and visited the place around 5 pm. We ordered two Samosas, two vegetable pakoras, 4 Masala tea and 1 filter coffee. The food was subpar, nearly everything we got didn’t taste good. The potatoes inside samosas weren’t seasoned and bland. The vegetable pakoras were oily and seemed like the batter wasn’t fried properly. After nearly waiting for 45 mins, we were served Masala tea which was extremely sweet. When complained to the owner, he responded condescendingly that we didn’t know how chai’s made in Mumbai and that it is actually made sweet. To give you context, me and my friends all are from Mumbai and have lived over 20 years. We didn’t finish any of the food, left the teas and asked for the check and stormed off. Food came out to be 88$ and not worth it.
