We came in tonight for dinner, as this is a longtime favorite restaurant of ours. Manu was our server and she took such excellent care of us all throughout our meal. We had the veggie platter, lamb & chicken biryanis, aloo chana, and garlic, mint, and spinach naan. It was all delicious, and we have so many leftovers which we will enjoy during the coming snowstorm.

11/22/25 Edit: I went back and just asked them to remove the jalapenos from my order and they gladly replaced them with other vegetables. They will provide substitutions!
This is a great little Indian place with reasonable prices and lots of parking! I got the pakora and lamb korma. The pakora included some fried jalapenos which were way too hot for me and I wouldn’t consider mild which is what I ordered. Everything else was delicious and wait staff was excellent.

We had a large, chaotic group for Sunday night dinner, but the overall experience was fantastic thanks to our server, Manu! She was incredibly patient, attentive, and detail-oriented. Despite all of our changes and special requests, she made sure every order was correct and everyone felt taken care of. Huge shout-out to Manu for handling everything so gracefully!

Our server Manu was extremely patient with one of our guests who hasn’t had Indian food before and politely recommended some options that she ended up really enjoying.

Bombay Grill remains one of the absolute best Indian restaurants in Louisville! We recently hosted a birthday party here, and the experience was flawless from start to finish.
The food was delicious —we ordered a wide variety including the Paneer Chilli, Gobi 65, chicken65, Lamb Seekh Kebab, noodles , kadahi paneer and Mutton Chettinad, samosa chat Garlic Naan, chicken keema naan, butter roti etc. Every dish was authentic and packed with flavor.
A special shoutout to our server, Manu, who truly made the evening. She was patient, offered excellent recommendations, and ensured our orders arrived perfectly on time. The highlight was a thoughtful last-minute birthday surprise she arranged for my wife, which made the night extra memorable. High-quality food, quite atmosphere , and top-tier service. Bombay Grill is the best Indian restaurant in Louisville. I don’t think I’ve ever come and left thinking “that could have been better…” They consistently serve delicious and nourishing meals with kind, warm service. My favorite server is Manu! When I come in and see her, I know my dining experience is going to be top tier. If you are looking for a lovely dine-in experience, come to Bombay Grill. If you want some delicious Indian take-out, come to Bombay Grill. Seriously.
