The Dahi Puri was on point, with the perfect balance of sweetness, tang and a tiny touch of spice, served on fresh, crispy Puri.
Tried their Lamb Pepper Fry because it’s less common where I’m from, and it didn’t disappoint. The mutton was tender, with just the right amount of spices that the sweetness of the protein still shone through. Just a moderate touch of heat, which did not overpower the complex flavours at all.
The Mushroom Rice was perfect as well, with a generous portion and large, fresh mushrooms in every bite. Just the right amount of masala, and with a beautiful curried flavour folded into it. If you love Biryani, this dish told me they make an AMAZING one that you should definitely try!
Their Lassi is great as well, I had their Sweet Lassi which was served chilled but without ice (not very common in my experience, but it ensured that the drink remained undiluted). Very nice touch of cardamom (perhaps some other spices as well?) in the drink that gave it a really homey warmth thar contrasted nicely with the refreshing sweetness and tang. If you’re a fan of Masala Chai, you’ll enjoy their Lassi too!
And the people were warm and inviting, with a really clean interior. Prices are VERY reasonable as well.
Thanks guys for an amazing meal!
Well done to the chef and team
The staff are very lovely and accommodating
I really loved visiting this place ☺️ the vibe is full on Aammchhhiii mummmBBBBAAAIIIII.
I tried VADA PAV for the first time in my entire life and it tastes sooo good . I enjoyed samosa chat ,dahi Puri and veg Hakka noodles
My husband was saying that this food reminded him of DADAR back on Mumbai .
The place a small but very clean and with some interesting wall pieces.
Last time pani puri and bhel puri filling was completely off, fries were rock solid with half food going to bin and rest causing enteritis.
Momos delivered today were inedible.
Waste of hard earned money and food gone to bin.
Please see the video before ordering .
Shambolic!!
The food was bursting with authentic Mumbai street-food flavours — every dish was delicious and perfectly spiced. The vada pav and pav bhaji were some of the best I’ve had in the UK, and the chaat was fresh and full of flavour. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Great atmosphere and excellent portion sizes too. Will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!
