We had the Chicken Katsu Curry, Beef Bulgogi and Chicken Karaage and they were all excellent!
(There was even a Miso soup included with the Katsu curry!)
Excellent place for a quick bite or takeaway – would recommend!
Well priced, very filling.
Relaxed atmosphere, a little quiet but with nice ambient K-pop/J-Pop in the background.
Excellent service.

I know this place is going to boom. So the seating will eventually be an issue. This is my third time, and they haven’t failed me. I brought my little daughter who likes seeing the pictures to order because she is learning to read. More visuals on the walls will definitely increase sales and bring families with children to eat here. People are so nice, that’s why I keep coming back.

This is a small place good for parties up to 3 or 4 people as seating is limited. You have to order at the counter, and for some reason, you’re expected to leave a tip. I had the ramen with pork, and it was a fairly large plate. The ingredients seemed fresh, and the broth was tasty but nothing extraordinary.

Both traditional entrées like chicken katsu and localized fusions such as curry ramen with karaage are remarkably tasty. The chashu is probably the best I’ve ever had, including my years living in Japan.
You order and pay at the counter, pour your own water, sit wherever you like, and wait for the food to be brought out. It’s a great example of a fast casual model done right, where full table service adds essentially no value despite the expected gratuity.

Happy Earth Day! I’m so tired from cleaning a creek, this place was just 5 minutes from Arbor Hills. It was exactly what I needed to keep me going! I never finish my meals, like ever- today I ate it ALL. The place is really clean and the service is great and comforting. Highly recommend & will be back! Built my own Vegan Miso Ramen

The food, service, and atmosphere are all “mid” at best. The food is good, I will say that, but compared to ramen I’ve had in San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas, and Tokyo, it’s one of the worst. Don’t get me wrong, it is tasty, I do enjoy it, but the least tasty of many places I’ve tried. So its good but can’t compete.

Absolutely love this place. Ramen was so goood… chicken karaage and dumplings were fantastic too. And you can’t beat the price for the amount and quality of food. The place is pretty small, but can easily fit about 10 customers. People here are always smiling and very friendly.

Nice little place, definitely worth the visit. It was awesome they had vegan options and my friend loved it. I got pork miso with beef and veggies and super flavorful. Bathroom was clean but a dusty and small in the restaurant. No issues with service but saw a ton of to go orders while we ate so that’s a good thing. Overall, nice place and I plan on going back soon.

GREAT RAMEN!
As a ramen fanatic, I was a bit skeptical of the ramen at this place but I put aside my preconceived notions and I am so glad I did. It’s DELICIOUS!
We ordered the Kimchi ramen with pork broth and chashu, fries with cheese, bulgogi, and kimchi, and well as four tacos (shrimp, bulgogi, and two I can’t recall). Everything was phenomenal. The fries were similar to the kimchi fries at LA Burger but possibly even better. All of the tacos were great. But the ramen was the real treat. Truly excellent. I can’t wait to return!

Not the Ramen we need, but the one we deserve!
This place is down right great! It feels like I’m in Japan right now. Play some licensed music (secretly) and put some news papers up in Japanese and I’m there.
The menu is extensive and creative. Japanese fast food mixed with Korean.
I ordered the Shoyu Ramen
Bulgogi taco
And Takoyaki.
Everything was delicious, especially the taco.
I was rather disappointed when I got my egg hardboiled but it was made up for how delicious the noodles were. A little different with the broccoli included but you know it’s good anyway.
Definitely hit up this hidden spot!
10/10 would recommend
