We absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is always wonderful and inviting, and the service is consistently great. We had the wings and they were fantastic, and the pizza is hands down the best. The cheese is perfect and the crispy thin crust “Farm Beef” is amazing

This is our second time at Bollo Woodfired Pizza, and it did not disappoint at all. The menu is great, everything tastes fresh and delicious. This time we ordered the Alfredo pasta and the carbonara, and both were amazing and full of flavor. You can really tell the quality of the ingredients. We’ll definitely be coming back! ✨

Staff is super attentive and helpful.
Chicken wings were really good.
Chicken Skewers were nicely cooked and presented, but very salty.
Pollo Sandwich is delicious.
Chicken Pizza is excellent.

Bollo is hands down my favorite pizza spot in Houston, and I’ve tried a lot of places around the city. Their wood-fired crust is on another level – light, perfectly charred, and just the right amount of chew. You can taste the quality in every bite.
The pizzas are always fresh and full of flavor, but I also recommend the calamari. It’s cooked just right and makes a great start to the meal.
If you’re looking for real, wood-fired pizza done right, Bollo is the place.

I’ve heard about this place for years. Finally made it over to try it out. Super yummy pizza with a couple different sauce options. And the Gelato was delicious. And the staff was really attentive. Also really enjoyed the middle eastern flare with the hummus and that calamari amazing!

Great wood fired pizza with a nice thin crust. I went with a margherita but added some ricotta (which is soooo underrated on pizzas like trust me and try it). Also split a dessert platter. All were pretty good but I will say I think the tiramisu could be soaked more.

This may sound strange but this is the best leftover next day pan reheated pizza. Hands down. The dough when reheated crisps up nice. I rushed to eat the pizza and forgot to take pics of it. Lol.

I was hesitant on ordering here bc I thought the cheese looked weird lol but I ordered the Carne Trio. This damn pizza was amazing. I don’t even care for most places sausage on a pizza so I normally switch to beef but everything they put on it was perfection. Idk how I’d gets warm to cold so fast but heating up in the air fryer or microwave still was a 10/10. I ordered yesterday and I’m ordering again today!

Great food, service, and atmosphere. The pizza had great sauce, cheese and crust. Kale salad was great. Hummus was okay. Calamari was incredible!
Be careful when adding a tip to the bill. It seems the tip is already added at a default 20%. The waiter never told us and we tipped another 20% on top. We ended up noticing the next day and asking for a refund on the extra 20%.
