Spicy burger was excellent, very good quality . blt half smoked hot dog was our favorite. Their staff , specifically Sarah was super friendly. It’s was our first time here but definitely not the last time 🙂

The burgers are pretty good and so are the fries. I wouldn’t call them 5 star burgers but definitely good for the price; they aren’t that expensive. Also the service is pretty fast. Just be aware the hours are kind of strange.

Fantastically tasty burger and fries. Meat has great flavor and is cooked perfectly. Juicy even. Fast and nice service. A great fast burger joint.

This place has excellent customer service because they are constantly working to improve their business and offer new items. They didn’t used to offer burgers, but it seemed as if after I suggested it, they did like a week later. I know other people suggested them, but I think they have the best burger in Bethesda (the Bold Burger). They even have one for under $6, which is about the only one in the area. The workers that have been there for the past year or so even arrange the ingredients on their hot dogs/burgers meticulously. I appreciate that kind of attention to detail.

The owner works really hard at making really tasty new items, so anything new is worth trying as well. They have seating at tables, on stools at the window and outside, which is great because it’s diverse. They even have a huge TV you can watch too. The dining areas and restrooms are always really clean as well. There is a lot of construction going on outside right now, which I’m sure is annoying to them, but they’re still open.

I love they’re BLT burger with fries and an Oreo shake. The warm, runny egg on top is just amazing. The burger patty is fresh no matter what meat you choose and the fries and perfectly crispy and soft. Highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. It has great seating and a nice clean look to it. There’s parking out on the street or one of the parking garages right near there.

I have a very specific opinion of what constitutes a great hot dog. And on my first visit to Bold Bite I found they did not come close to that standard – the dogs looked pale and not that appealing. But hunger and opportunity beckoned and I tried a dog. It was pretty darn good. So I went back again. It was even better. I have to say this place is amazing! The dogs and fries are excellent and worthy of repeat visits. A gem that I am pleased to say is my local.

If you like hot dogs and sausages, this is the place. A bit over-priced, but otherwise great flavors and fresh ingredients. Well cooked and well executed presentation of dishes that are both delicious and beautiful. The spicy burger is easily a contender for one of the best burgers in the DC-Metro area.

Don’t use Google Offers to sell “overpriced” and “average” food. Customers shouldn’t feel like they are getting value only because they are paying “half” the normal price.

We went there for the Chicago Dog because my son has a thing for them (he tries them everywhere). We ended up trying three different dogs between us and don’t have much to say about any of them. Not bad, but not great. For the “list” price we expected them to be superior or huge. They were none of the above.

I’ll give them credit on the tasty fries, but a lot of places have good fries now and I don’t think you should overpay for an average dog to get tasty fries.

The service was poor. Hipster owner made me feel as if I wasn’t “cool” enough to eat there.

Tip: Unless you drop the prices to a reasonable level, people won’t come there unless they have a 1/2 priced deal. Let everyone know that the prices have come down and you’ll crank up the volume. We tried you out because we had the “google offers”, but after seeing what a “regular” price is, we won’t be back.

Come for the half smokes.

This place has been around a few years now. It’s a great place to get a dog or half-smoke and the burgers aren’t bad either. I love the fries too. They’re a smaller operation so the costumer service has been very good. Be sure to try a donut if you aren’t full.

I tried one of their veg-out vegetarian dogs the other day. The dog was well grilled, but not one of the better vegetarian sausages. I wish they offered normal vegetarian hot dogs and better vegetarian sausages. The crispy onions on top were tasty, but the bun depth was not deep enough so it was overflowing. The cost for just a single veggie dog came to over $7, so a bit pricey.
