I can’t express how incredible this place is! Today at work, I was surprised with a gift card from the wonderful community I serve as a landscape designer. The elderly residents, who prioritize healthy eating, kindly urged me to step away from my usual McDonald’s routine and explore this gem instead. They presented me with the gift card as a heartfelt token of appreciation for the work I’ve done for them over the years.
My wife and I finally visited the restaurant, and wow, the food is nothing short of amazing! Each dish was a delightful experience, and the customer service was equally impressive. I absolutely love Bolay but I have a wish about the service. For example I went in today and ordered two Zen Teriyaki bowls with black rice instead of jasmine rice to go. Pretty simple, right? No. I told the friendly guy at the first station what I wanted and he was great. The annoyance is that I had to repeat my order to every single employee at each subsequent station all the way to the cash register. My wish is that I could tell just one person or even a machine what I want and the team takes it from there. I walked in exhausted from a long day of driving and left even more exhausted from having to explain my order multiple times. My other rub is that I frequently am not offered a receipt when I pay with gift cards. This means that I have no receipt to upload for points. Happened twice this week.

Picked up dinner from here last night. When I got home and opened my bowl, I found a long strand of hair in the food. Against my better judgement, I pulled it out and ate my food. It was delicious! About 5 hours later, I developed symptoms of a terrible foodborne illness and had to take the day off from work today. I had tofu, black rice, corn, and kale salad. At least one of those things made me sick. The hair should have tipped me off to less than adequate food safety procedures. I will never get food from here again.

Bri (Brianna) Is top-notch best employee that we experienced today. This was our first time, taking our kids to Bolay, and she was really patient and understanding. She allowed the kids to taste things before they made a choice and even told me how to make things in a way that made more sense purchasing wise. Absolutely recommend this Bolay. Food was delicious and fresh, It was very cool, but not cold to the point that you don’t want to be sitting inside a restaurant eating.

I’ve always come to this location, and they’ve always been great. Recently, I ordered ahead and went to go pick it up but could not locate my order. 3 team members were assisting me and finally we figured out someone had taken my order shortly before I arrived. The three of them went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience despite this. They remade my food, offered me a drink and gave me a free cookie. I unfortunately did not get their names but to the three of you, thank you!! You made my day with your kindness.

Been to this spot twice. I love they provide quality healthy food that is convenient & fast. Omar the manager personally took care of me. Upbeat, friendly, all my questions that I am sure are repetitive for the day he was more than happy to answer. His energy is exactly what you want to be greeted with. He itnteracred with staff well and you can tell he is well respected and liked. The music was great , the place was clean , they were organized. Thank you Bolay, Omar, & staff !

My time at bolay has been nothing short of greatness, my food is always made well, I’m attended to in a timely manner, in my time doing food reviews and eating at different bowl establishments, bolay has solidified itself as one of the best amongst many. The restaurant manager Omar has been the most professional i’ve seen amongst bolay establishments. He’s Hardworking , Detail oriented, engaging, proactive, and Reliable. The word dedication doesn’t do enough justice for this young man. I will definitely come back for another bowl thanks to him.

This was on my list of places to try in West Palm Beach. I have dietary restrictions so I was excited to find somewhere that catered to people like me. The food was great! I enjoyed every bite. I ordered a large bol and I was satiated. I tried the new almond chicken tenders and loved them. The ambiance was just right. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience because the food I had in West Palm Beach prior to this never wowed me. I asked the servers questions regarding the different foods because I am unable to consume gluten, dairy and rice, and they answered my questions and made me more comfortable ordering my bol. Their housemade juices are lovely, fyi (try them ). I would definitely return. 10/10 would recommend.
