This place was amazingly clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The food was right down the middle though. Little too greasy for me and the biscuits left a lot to be desired. Felt a little below the fast food chicken competition. The sides were surprisingly good though.

The reason why I gave 3 stars is because they are never the same. My last visit was good. The. Cashier was friendly and got my order right but, the cashiers never go to wash their hands after taking your money. The way the world is now….people has to be careful. Money is so dirty. In the food industry, you gotta be especially careful. It’s always a hit or miss…chicken not completely done, rice cold, biscuits cold. Other days….its just right. Never a crowd in there or busy.

Never ate at a Bojangles before. Very good fried chicken. Very good biscuits. Had the dirty rice and Cajun beans. Tasty. Nice cashier. She even brought it out to the table. Would eat there again.

We’re traveling through and stopped for the night. We went to Bojangles’ for dinner. I ordered the 4 piece home style chicken strip combo with fries and a sweet tea. My husband be ordered the same. After waiting 15 mins, we received 3 strips, and had to get Pepsi because they had no tea. I also received cold dirty rice and gravy, no fries. I’m not judging all Bojangles’ from one experience. I’d like to try another location. I do know we will not come back to this location.

Customer service is terrible. My grandmother in law tried to use 2 coupons on a transaction, which any other fast food restaurant would allow, and they got very rude with her. The manager turned around and called her rude. Wont be going back if that’s how they feel they need to talk to their customers. I urge you to take your business elsewhere.

Horrible dine in service. It took 35 minutes, asking twice and finally a trip thru the drive thru to get a small order of tater rounds. My husband only got 1/2 his meal, they ignored everyone at the counter and didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the inconveniences.

Walked into the store and,after looking at the menu board, stood at the register for over five minutes before being acknowledged with “we’ll be with you in a minute, yelled across from near the drive through window by someone in a blue shirt. Ordered a two breast dinner and was told it would be a 20 minute wait, again yelled by the man in blue. When I asked the sales girl what chicken they did have, the response to her question in her head set was another yell by the man in blue no chicken for five minutes. When I asked for the store number, I was told it was in the phone book. Worst customer service ever!

Me and my friends were having a tragically bad day that started at about 5am. At 5pm we had our first meal of the day. It was bojangles and it was wonderful. After that things got a little better.

What else can you say, it’s a Bojangles the food is almost always good with a good selection of items also. Well that’s if you like southern-style food, if you’re coming off the interstate it’s a little hard to locate though as it’s not right off an exit.
