Went in this morning and since it opened it’s been great, however today was awful! We ordered and it took 21 minutes to get our food, said waiting on biscuits yet the drive-thru was served repeatedly and she said “they ordered online and then said” oh they only got fries”. Finally got our order only to have already watered down drinks, all cause we had to wait so long, I got a chicken biscuit, cold, so cold that when I bit through it and took a few bites the grease collected to the roof of my mouth, I thought I was gonna puke, nasty, the rounds were slightly warm. My husband ordered his usual, (sausage biscuit)it was wrong(got a bacon biscuit), had to get that redone, gets his sausage and the sausage was so old and nasty, the eggs were super sloppy. The girl Chantriss, tried not to be annoyed with us but she clearly was, the floor was sticky with something so of course I didn’t wanna walk through to the registers, the tables were all partly dirty….Just an awful experience today! In the picture we also ordered a large and that’s the amount of rounds we got! Like i said it used to be great!

First visit and it is a 10. The restaurant was very clean. The food was hot. Chicken tasted great. The cold slaw was cold and also tasted good. Didn’t even need salt or pepper the flavor was so good. Employee was nice. She was very polite and friendly. The biscuits were so yummy, fluffy and very big. And get the ranch dressing. Wow! You can tell it was “homemade”. Lots of parking. Two drive through lanes as well. And it was neat to watch the employee make the biscuits.

We got the 12 tender meal with baked macaroni and dirty rice and 2 chicken sandwich meals.
The dirty rice is bland, no flavor.
The baked macaroni and cheese is like kfc Mac with some cheese melted on top not really a baked macaroni at all.
The coleslaw tastes like the old KFC coleslaw, nothing special and dry.
The chicken tenders are seasoned and fried well, they were the best part.
The biscuits were light fluffy and tender but I’m not a biscuit person, I’d rather have yeast rolls. Me weren’t told gravy was an option do go the Bo sauce and we didn’t like it, it’s got a very heavy horseradish taste.
The half gallon of sweet tea with the meal is a great idea, it’s a complete family meal and drink that way and the tea was delicious but yes very sweet.
It’s not something I’d go get frequently.
The plates they put in the bag was a cute touch.

Today on 8/5/2025 is the Grand Opening of Bojangles in Baytown. I was so excited that I accidentally placed my breakfast online order at the Spring location. As soon as I walk in into the Baytown location. I was immediately greeted by the manager Tony. I explained to him about the mishap that I placed online at the Spring location. When I showed him my online order on my phone at the Spring location with no hesitation he told me he would honor my order at the new Baytown location. Tony went the extra mile to offer me coffee while I waited for my online order. Breakfast Biscuits sandwiches are a 10/10! The best homemade biscuits for a fast food joint! Baytown Tony thank you for being professional, understanding, and a compassionate individual! Bojangles staff are very welcoming and are ready to serve their famous biscuits to all of Baytown and Mont Belvieu!

I wasn’t expecting much when I decided to try this place but it surprised me. The chicken was cooked right and had a good flavor, the biscuit was soft and tasted really good with the gravy, the rice was pretty good as well, and the drink I got was a large sweet tea but honestly I personally did not like it. It’s a good place for a quick snack or a quick that is pretty filling. Definitely worth going.

We went in for the first time tonight and everyone was so nice! The staff were smiling and friendly, the manager checked on us multiple times as if it were a sit down restaurant. He also brought us two free blueberry biscuits I heard him offer a free drink to a deliver driver picking up an order and I saw him offer to pick up trash. It was clean and bright. The food was fresh, the peach cobbler was soooo nice. We’ll definitely be back!

The Biscuits were really nice especially for a fast food place and the chicken is very nicely seasoned no bland chicken biscuits here folks. The young lady at the drive through was super patient because it took me a minute to figure out what I was doing due to it being a first time ordering or eating at Bojangles. They did forget one of the sandwiches, but when I called to let them know there was no problem .We enjoyed the food and will go back.
