A great experience from start to finish! All the employees were welcoming, helping and friendly! They even brought my food to my table! The food was absolutely mouth watering and delicious! The Peach Honey Pepper sauce is amazing but my go to favorites are the Bo sauce and the honey mustard!

I am truly impressed by Bojangles. The Bo-berry milkshake is hands down one of the best shakes I’ve had in a long time. The Bo’s chicken sandwich was hot, juicy, and tender. At first glance, I wasn’t sure if the chicken would lack flavor. When I order from fast food, I select spicy chicken sandwiches. I can’t describe it, but Bojangles’ chicken was delicious with whatever seasoning was added.
The Bo’s fries were like Popeye’s crispy Cajun fries but better. I purchased 2 dipping sauces that weren’t needed. I haven’t tried the peach honey pepper yet. The Bo special sauce is like salad dressing. I would only order it with a salad. I enjoyed the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich. It was an extra charge to replace the regular biscuit with the Bo-berry. The inside and outside of the restaurant were clean. The service was fast and professional. Bojangles would be my new go-to spot if it were closer.

When this location opened in Euless it was a big hit. Everything was good. The last two times I have been totally disappointed. First visit was to get a quick breakfast sandwich, it was horrible. The biscuit was hard as a rock, I threw it away after first bite. Had to wait for coffee to be made at 6:30am? The next time I went I asked for half sweet/half unsweet tea, the girl at window said there was no sweet tea. So i got unsweet tea that was horrible, tasted old and had a chicken oil taste to it, threw it away. I wont be going back for awhile hopefully some things will get fixed.

I felt cheated. Bo Jangles with only chicken tenders doesn’t represent the same experience. I personally think that since someone(s) decision to not bring the full menu that it’s a waste to even bring the food chain to Texas. It definitely was disappointing. However, the staff was amazing. They even inquired what was the seriousness of not having the full Bojangles menu. I told them that Bojangles fried chicken meal with all the good sides was the BEST and I mean the BEST chicken Ive ever had in my entire life.

Bojangles lived up to the hype. Tenders had a bit of a kick. Biscuits were soft and fresh, dripping some honey on them takes them to the next level. CFA lemonade was my favorite until I had this one from Bojangles. The staff was super nice, surprisingly nice for a fast food restaurant. We will definitely keep it in our fast food rotation. As my wife described “the tenders are big like Cane’s but have the crisp and spice of Popeye’s”

This location needs immediate improvement. I ordered a single sausage biscuit and was informed there would be a wait for fresh biscuits, then instructed to park. After waiting 20 minutes, I went inside to request a cancellation and refund. While waiting in line, I observed multiple customers—both inside and in the drive-thru—who placed their orders after mine receive biscuits without issue.
There was no justification for my order not being prioritized, especially given that it consisted of one item only. When I reached the cashier and calmly requested a refund, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude. I was told, “You’re just going to have to wait,” and the employee refused to process my refund. I had to involve a manager to resolve the issue.
This is not an isolated incident. This location repeatedly fails to handle even simple orders properly. Multiple customers, including myself, were left parked and ignored while later orders were fulfilled first. The lack of organization and professionalism is unacceptable. Avoid this location.

Love their chicken supreme, and honey mustard dip. Wished they had cheddar bo biscuits like the east coast, but the Cajun fries are the same, and bo berry biscuits! Yum!

I went overnight it was dead & honestly its usually slow. They typically make everything fresh because of that fact. But service aside the fries are overly salty I dont like them.
