NOT A FULL SERVICE BOJANGLES!!! (Think Bojangles express) I waited miles to get here. Only to be disappointed that they only sell tenders and chicken sandwiches. No bone in chicken. And a limited selection of sides. The food was hot. Fresh. A lil overcooked. I tried the peach honey pepper dipping sauce. (Similar to Popeyes sweet heat) It was good. Tried the dirty rice. It was good. I’ll pass on eating here again. Next time I’ll stop at Flying burger in Caddo Valley !!

Great food but service was extremely great. Has an elderly gentleman in front of me and the cashier took her time and helped him order is food and make sure it was all there when it was ready. It was so great of her to do that even with 2 of us in line it was worth waiting a few extra minutes just to witness the kindness of the young woman and the manger came up to help him when the line started ordering and made sure he had a carrier and even offered to carry it out to his vehicle. That is extraordinary service. It worth stopping here just because of the care they showed.

It’s Bo’ Time!! What else needs to be said? Always great food with great taste. Don’t run on an “empty tank”, go in and get some chicken, you won’t regret it. And leave room for some Bo-Berry Buscuits. I love stopping here whenever I’m passing through Prescott.

I order a twenty piece an a 12 piece with extra side. Over 100 dollars worth an they wasn’t that busy I was only one at counter. I told lady please please take your time make sure it’s right. Im driving over twenty miles back home with it. Supposed get one half gallon with twelve an one gallon of tea with twenty piece. I only got two half gallons an TWO SIDES WAS MISSING OUT OF 6 TOTAL SIDES YOU GET WITH A TWENTY AN TWELVE PIECE TOTAL. BOTH COLESLAWS MISSING. I TOLD THEM PLEASE MAKE SURE. I’ve been to a few different Bojangles, but this one has been by far the best overall. The food was tasty, the service was fast and very friendly (thank you Ms. Teresa), and the place was clean. Very glad to have made this my lunch stop!
